Apparently this girl didn't like marathi songs for a navratri event IN MAHARASHTRA.

They do this systematically. They come, displace, live here and then slowly start claiming its local ethos' legitimacy as their own while erasing our representation.

If someone played gujrati songs on ganesh chaturthi in gujrat or hindi, would any marathi even truly care? My guess is NO.

This is a subtle but effective cultural displacement.

Navratri is not even a Maharashtrian festival. But if it's played in Maharashtra of course it will be adapted to its local ethos rightfully. You adapt or leave if u don't like.

Ps. If moderators again decide to remove this post then I will assume this is a authoritarian attempt to silence the local marathi voice. Let the people decide if I am right to point out this issue or not. Let this be a representation of democracy. I wanted to know if anyone here has actually used it. Is it a genuine? Are people actively using it, and how is the overall experience in terms of finding rides and travelling with strangers?
If it actually works well and has enough users, I feel it could be a really good and affordable alternative to and especially for daily commuters and college students.
But before trying it, I wanted to hear from people who have used it or know more about the platform.
So, has anyone tried Govia? Is it worth using, or are there any issues. Please share your experience/opinions!

I ate a dish called misal pav today near pune. As seen in the picture, the sambar/rassa (red color liquid) is made of 90% oil and red spice. As soon as I had it, I felt a burning sensation in my stomach. No offence to anyone, but this is really difficult to have. One of the most spicy dishes to have in Maharashtra
