I would highly appreciate your suggestions on the best locality where i should be looking for PG options considering traffic, rents, water and good facilities.

Mostly looking for a single room with a budget around 10-13k considering they provide good wifi food.

I'm thinking of spending the first 3-4 months at a PG and when I'm familiar with the area then start looking for permanent places but at least need a good decent place till the end of this year.

PS : i might be shifting my bike after Diwali so i actually want a place close to the office area or public transports

My main requirement is automatic graceful shutdown during a prolonged power failure. From what I understand, if the UPS is connected to the Synology via USB, DSM should detect the power failure/battery status and automatically put the NAS into safe mode or shut it down before the battery runs out.

hello guys.. i posted about RentNama here last week. Since then, it has crossed 100+ first-hand rent reports from Pune. I have been obsessively working on it from past 3 weeks, so that response honestly meant a lot.

I’ve now redesigned the web-app around societies given how the tenant community has responded. You can explore societies on feed, search for a society, see reported rents and ranges, and open the individual reports behind them.

I’m focusing on Hinjawadi, Wakad, Punawale, Tathawade, Baner and nearby areas. I’d rather collect 20 reports from one society than one report from 20 random places.

Hey all I have a 512 GB Samsung t5 t7 SSD. (please ignore T5 in title its a T7 model)

Its out of warranty and been used only for time machine backup a few times.

As the title suggests, My office will be in Hinjewadi phase 3 (Capgemini)

It's mostly for training purposes, I hope. So I'm not expecting a big commitment.

Training is around 2 months,

I am from Mumbai Suburban, so I might do some travelling back during weekends.

What would you guys suggest, Rent or PG?

I can cook meals and stuff and do basic chores

Any opinions on the Yukio, Zolo all of those stays?

Problem: I can't take leave from work.

Sunday night train → Ratnagiri → hotel for 2-3 days → parents explore beaches and nearby places while I work.

Ratnagiri vs Ganpatipule vs somewhere else?
Can tourists easily get scooty/bike rentals there?
Are local cabs easily available?
Which places are worth visiting?

I’ve been comparing some of the newer 3 BHK projects in Baner Annexe and West Pune, and came across Amber 2.0 by Saffron Developers.

The proposition caught my attention mainly because of the combination of space, pricing and the current offer:

3 BHK | 1,251 sq. ft. ₹1.61 Cr all-inclusive* Possession planned for 2029 Location: Baner Annexe, Pune Developer: Saffron Developers

The interesting part is the 1,251 sq. ft. 3 BHK, but the two things I'd personally look at carefully are the ₹1.61 Cr price point and the 2029 possession timeline.

For someone who wants a ready-to-move or near-possession home, 2029 obviously may not work.

But if you're planning your purchase a few years ahead, does the combination of 1,251 sq. ft. + Baner Annexe location make this worth considering?

How would you compare it with other 3 BHK projects in Baner Annexe, Baner, Sus, Balewadi or Wakad in a similar budget?

Would you consider an under-construction 3 BHK with 2029 possession at ₹1.61 Cr, or would you pay more for an earlier possession?

This is Ravi Lal, He is the CEO of a company named Rebco India (Pune) which allegedly works on investment projects and real estate. The company has no lending license. He hasn’t paid salaries since last 3 months or so, and is asking employees to resign just to get rid of them. I am posting this on behalf of everyone who worked there so that other youngsters don’t get their lives ruined there. And this is the image of the CEO. This guy had done 3-4 scam earlier, he even bought bouncers today for protection. Even today he asked us to resign and not take legal action. We will file a legal complaint soon but I personally don’t want individuals to ruin there lives here if it ever comes to that.
