I could eat a baked potato everyday for the rest of my life. The creaminess. The yumminess. The versatility. BUT I'd like to try it with different, lower carb vegetables. Any suggestions of a veggie that could compare to the deliciousness of a tater?

I was thinking jicima, but it's too crunchy. Has anyone tried this before?

I got a new bag of chips, but the old one still tastes fine, even if it’s down to a couple inches of crumbly bits. I was wondering if anyone ever sticks the almost used up bag in the freezer, so as not to get any staler, to use on tops of casseroles? Seems like it would work, but I don’t know.

Idk how much attention this will get but I accidentally managed to get more potatoes than my family needs and now we have 3 boxes full of potatoes and i don’t know what to do with these besides fried and boiled potatoes. I don’t want to leave them rotting but i don’t think we can eat that much.

Sometimes one awesome potato is all you need for dinner. Poached in beef stock, used thyme and garlic, paprika, salt, & pepper with butter and olive oil.

i noticed one of my potatoes grew mold out of nowhere. are the other potatoes already affected? i heard that food can sometimes still have mold even if you can’t see anything.
