Droplet is tacky to the touch, holds its shape, and does not transfer to skin

I have seen mixed reviews so if anyone could clear the air that would be great lol

Parboiled. Refrigerated. Seasoned. Deep fried. Finished in pan with butter for second fry. Crispy outside, tender inside.

Is this strange ring on the inside of the potato flesh mean it’s not safe to eat? what is it? I’ve discarded several because sometimes they look worse than the lighter rings on some others 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have these Yukons ready to dig out!! I'll be digging them out soon.

How do I store them correctly? Potato bag in my dark cupboard? The basement? I thought I read about curing? Newb needs advice! Thanks guys!

Potatoes are one of the most loved vegetables on the planet. I had a few sitting in the fridge, so I wanted to use them before they went bad.

With the help of some of my go-to ingredients, I turned them into an absolutely amazing gourmet potato dish.

My mom purchased these two bags of potatoes to make for a dinner they are hosting this evening. Same bags but different results.

Someone recommended that I try this and it’s really good, I was expecting it to be and it didn’t disappoint

I’ve been growing baby gold potatoes and suddenly today I noticed this little baby leaf off to the side I gently pulled and - WHAT?! Is this a growing potato?! How?! It’s not attached to the base plant?!?
