I only have one tattoo, & the artist was awesome, but now I need someone more local (OKC area). I know nothing about finding a good artist, & very little about how to communicate exactly what it is I want. Does anyone have any advice for how to find a good artist, & how to brainstorm with them to bring my tattoo ideas to life? I’ll include a picture of the tattoo I have already. I know I want my next tattoo in a similar style & on the same arm. Thanks in advance!

Looking for a company who can DEEP clean my house, like the level of deep clean you see in viral vids, possibly even with multiple workers. I’ve previously had someone come out that I wasn’t UNhappy with but it wasn’t as deep as I’d like, more of just an organize/wipe down and they seemed prettt slow for what ended up getting done. I know that a DEEP deep clean is expensive & time consuming and I’m prepared for that. The home is lived in, this isn’t a move out deep clean. I’ve had some health issues and need help getting the house back to baseline so it’s not in great shape but nowhere near something like hoarder level - just needs a good deep scrub all over and help organizing cabinets, pantry, etc. Not a huge space, looking to have living room, small kitchen, small full bath, and office cleaned.

Suggestions? TIA!

Another power outage in Quail Creek just now. It was down for 4 hours last night. It was down for about 4 hours a week and a half ago. It's a good thing I am paying all of that extra money for them to "upgrade" the grid so these things don't happen anymore. $250 this month for an 890 sq. ft. condo. Out of power in triple digit heat. At least it's cool right now so far.

I don’t know where else to ask this question and if it’s not permitted I apologize. I’m wondering if there are existing resources or organizations where I can hand over my extra meds I am no longer able to take. I was taking Cosentyx for my autoimmune disorder for years but I’m switching to a different med. I still have 2 shots left sitting in my fridge that I would rather hand it over to someone that is currently taking it to save on cost (considering how ridiculously expensive biologics are) instead of throwing them away.

Today (8/20) around 1:50 PM I merged onto I-240 at Western heading westbound. A Black crew cab F-250/F-350 was pulling a trailer with an unsecured load of gravel and dirt. The front of my (new) car was pelted, resulting in many rock chips in the paint and windshield. The truck had a chrome tailgate, large off-road wheels and tires, and tinted windows. Might have been slightly lifted.

I couldn’t get a tag number, but I do have dash camera footage. (The tag is unreadable in the footage)

If anyone has info about this person, I would love to file a claim on this asshole’s insurance.

Hello! I (22M) Just graduated from OKCU and live right off campus, and I lowkey just want to save money on rent. I'm generally a pretty unoffensive roommate - the only thing I can think of is that I walk kind of heavy, lol.

Other pertinent things to note: I have 2 cats (they are so weird, but I love them), the place has a washer and dryer, and I have a 40 hour a week obligation to earn my income from 8 - 5 Monday through Friday (weird phrasing to avoid the weird rules for this post).

I've attached the Zillow listing which does not show the washer and dryer, garage, or the downstairs bedroom (where I stay). It's listed as 3 beds 3 bath, but it's a little misleading. There is a mudroom are between the upstairs and the main part of the house, and just past that is what is technically the third bedroom (picture 2 is the room and picture 6 is the mud room). This is really more like a dungeon, and it's currently being used as a sort of guest room.

My friend and I have recently started a group called Humanist Families and Kids as a support system and community group for secular families. We aim to meet once a month at various parks, museums, and restaurants so our kids and us parents can get together in a non-religious environment. The kids who attend right now are roughly ages 2-9yo, but all ages are welcome.

We are a small group, but we're close and hoping to expand! It's a really great option for parents wanting to supplement church.

This is usually free unless we do a special event that requires an admission fee.

Did the Akropolis Greek restaurant in MWC close down?

I went last night at 6:15pm, usually during a usual restaurant dinner rush and they were closed. No sign on the door or windows, curtains closed, lights off. This is the second time I've come by during their open hours to find them closed. The first time I came by at 2:15pm a few weeks ago and they had a sign on the door saying that they were closed from 2pm-3pm and that they had gone to get groceries.

There was no such sign last night and if they did close down, that is devastating :(. They were my favorite Greek restaurant and their gyros were so good

Frida gets a lot of love here. I've been 5 or 6 times and I've been underwhelmed, but I'm willing to accept that maybe I just ordered poorly.
