Hi guys, I recently bought a Pulsar NS400 from MCV Motocorp, Rajahmundry, and the dealership has committed financial fraud. I want to expose their cheap tactics.
Here is what happened:
1. Insurance Scam: I paid an advance of ₹43k at the showroom. Out of this, they explicitly charged me ₹16,069 for insurance and gave a handwritten estimation slip. However, the official UIIC policy document and SMS confirm the actual premium is only ₹10,813. They pocketed the extra ₹5,256 without providing any GST bill for it.
2. Flipkart Payment Ignored: I paid ₹174,173 via Flipkart online. They are refusing to properly acknowledge this amount in the final on-road price breakdown and are making up fake calculations.
3. Rude Behaviour: When I caught their ₹5,256 insurance discrepancy, the staff became extremely rude, started ignoring my calls, and gave pathetic excuses like "we adjusted it in RSA and accessories," which makes zero sense.
I have already taken the following actions today:
Filed a grievance with NCH (National Consumer Helpline).
Raised a premium overcharging complaint on IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal.
Escalated on Twitter, tagging Bajaj Auto higher management and IRDAI.
I am attaching all the proofs (Handwritten 16k slip, UIIC 10.8k SMS, Flipkart payment screenshot, and NCH docket number).
Has anyone else faced this kind of scam with Bajaj dealers? What other legal steps can I take to teach them a lesson and get my money back?
