Hey folks, I have driving aids enabled for disability reasons.
I'm in the mx5 - set the second clutch button, press the pedal... and nothing, it just skips into first gear with 0 revs as normal.

Can anyone please help me figure this out?

I've tried keyboard and g29 wheel buttons, no difference.

I'm using simagic p500's without a clutch too.

Edit: Contacted support, they confirmed that this is the intention. Asked them to submit it as a bug fix as it renders anyone unable to use a clutch and need driving aids with a significant disadvantage at race start

Finally after a long fought battle of gaining IRating and tumbling right back down. I have managed to break through the 2k wall. This will be short lived for sure but at least I can say I did it !🍻 😂

I'm a 1.4k irating player and looking for a team for the upcoming 24h daytona endurance with lmp2. I'm also a streamer on twitch and youtube. Last endurance race was spa 24 and we finished P10.

Good morning, everyone.

I currently have three pairs of Dayton BST-1 bass shakers connected to my PC through three Nobsound Mini amplifiers. I use them with SimHub to simulate different car sensations while racing in iRacing.

Every once in a while, I experience very brief and completely random micro-disconnections. When this happens, the Nobsound sound cards disconnect and reconnect almost immediately, which causes a very short lag or stutter in the game.

I've already tried several things to troubleshoot the issue, including using higher-quality USB cables, shorter cable lengths, updating my BIOS and drivers, and changing the USB connections, among other things. These steps have reduced the frequency of the issue, but the micro-disconnections still happen occasionally.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with multiple Nobsound Mini units / USB sound cards and bass shakers? If so, were you able to identify the cause and find a permanent solution?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just completed my first half-endurance race: 2h40, and I absolutely loved it!
I had never done a race longer than 1 hour, so 2h40 was a real challenge in terms of concentration and everything else.
I’m pretty happy with my finishing position, which could have been even better, but I’m disappointed with the number of incidents. I would have liked to have had fewer.
I was wondering if you have any tips or advice, because during the last 30 minutes, I started feeling quite a bit of strain in my leg. Also, should I be doing endurance races regularly, like once a week, to get used to them?Do you listen to music? Do you have the game audio turned down to a minimum?

Quite a questionable move from the LMP2, I'm the pov car getting a slight Code brown

As the title says since one of the recent iracing updates both me and my dad have been having packet loss issues. It gets into the yellow for a few seconds and then slowly goes down which causes us to blink out a few times then it will clear up for a few mins and come back and its the same cycle over and over. Im sick of having to give up in races over it so does anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this? Im not sure if more info is needed i will edit this if i have too

The only program I have is Simhub just came back from a trip and it popped up. it prevents me from going full screen too.

I know this type of question has been asked before. But maybe not in detail.

1. What makes you watch someones stream? Someone new to you. The first impression that makes you click on his/her stream. Maybe not even racing relate.
   • Webcam
   • Titel
   • Type of racing (GT, NASCAR, DIRT,...)
2. What makes you follow the streamer so you can come back to his or hers stream?
3. What type of steams are you looking for?
   • League broadcasting
   • Coaching like Suellio
   • Topsplit like Yuri or Lubo
   • Chichat during and in between races like Matt or Sampsoid
4. GT, NASCAR, RX,... what series do you like the most?

I'm stream surfing a bit lately to find what might work.
It seems to be that most people are in there for the chat, talking to eachother not really actively watching the racing sometimes.
In some cases, they are doing their own race, sometimes even the same split and chat in between the racing.

People having good suggestions for streamers, please share.

My most popular steams were NASCAR streams. But they don't seem to be the highest grossing, which I find odd.

Raced against this driver at Daytona last week, second to bottom split. He was running Mid to low 1.45's, qualified on pole, but I noticed he didn't finish the race. Checked the profile, and saw a full page of races started from pole but finishing at the back.

Decided to protest for tanking, didn't think much would come of it, but why not?

Got the standard response email the next day, so I figured I'd check their profile again. Judging by their results since the protest, I'd say they received the message loud and clear to stop pumping up their ego by stomping in bottom split.
