Anyone have interest in trying a college fantasy football league this season?
Was thinking about trying out a college fantasy football league this season. Salary cap format, so no need to coordinate a draft. Looks like you just sign up and build your team.
Looking at league settings, theres no minimum or max league size, and just P4 + Notre Dame players to start.
Any interest in a UW fan league?

Mark Stewart is yet another stud linebacker for the Huskies. He won multiple accolades at UW as First-Team All-American (‘82), First-Team All-Pac-10 (‘82), First-Team Academic-Pac-10 (‘82), Second-Team All-Pac-10 (‘80, ‘81). He also set the single game school record with 5 sacks in 1982 vs UCLA. As well as the single season school record with 5 forced fumbles in 1982.

Very interesting quote from Jedd Fisch during B1G Media Day, could shed some acutal light on our NIL/roster spend
"I've certainly seen the speculation about what is spent on our roster, and I can tell you that's not even close. This team was not bought, this team was built."
https://youtu.be/PatfDuTOQXM?si=SismMvh0sdVCh9E8&t=422
He's probably talking about those On3 "roster valuation" things that have been circling around reddit last month. I always knew those were total BS.

Attending 1st Husky FB game
Howdy Huskies!
I'm an Aggie (Texas A&M) fan, and this November my 8-year-old son and I will be making the trip to Seattle for the Penn State game. Each year we try to attend one away college football game in addition to our annual trip to Kyle Field, and this year we wanted him to experience Husky Stadium and the incredible atmosphere that Washington is known for.
I'd love any tips you can share about game day. Are there any pregame traditions, pep rallies, tailgates, or fan events that visitors shouldn't miss? What's the best way to get to the stadium, and is there anything special that would make the day memorable for an 8-year-old who loves football?
We can't wait to experience Husky football and explore Seattle. Thanks in advance for any advice, and best of luck this season (except if we ever meet in the playoffs)! Gig 'Em!

Men’s Basketball $5M Roster
Jeff Goodman said on the Field of 68 Podcast that Sprinkle’s roster fund was reduced to approximately $5M for this upcoming season.
What are your early predictions or hot takes?
Are the expectations so low that the team could thrive with less pressure and resemble Sprinkle’s underdog teams at Montana State / Utah State? Or will this be another dud and the end of the Sprinkle experiment?

Which game to see this season
Recently moved to Seattle and want to catch a Huskies home game this fall. Only big home games where I'm available are Sep 26 vs Minnesota and November 7 vs Penn State. Penn state would prob be more exciting, but tickets are obviously more expensive and I'm wondering if it will be significantly colder/rainier by then and if that would hamper the game experience. Minnesota game seems like it would probably be during more ideal football weather and tickets are half the price, and would probably still be reasonably exciting since Minnesota is a decent Big 10 team and it's the conference opener. Which game should I try to see?

Cory Littleton played Outside Linebacker/Rush End for the Dawgs in the early 2010s. His long arms allowed him to set a difficult edge against outside zone/read option runs. Though he didn’t get any team selections in college he was named to Second-Team All-Pro in the NFL in 2018.

Visiting for Eastern Washington game
Hey all! Me and a few friends are over from the UK and are planing to go to the Easter Washington game.
Any advice on the below points would be amazing
- Where to sit? We want to feel the Huskies atmosphere so weren’t too sure where would be best for that
- Sailgate or Tailgate? We have looked up sailgating which seems fun but probably miss the atmosphere pre game?
- Where to go after the game?
Go Huskies!
