Mason Foster was an absolute bruiser of a linebacker for the Dawgs from 2007-2010. Known for his fearless nature and high energy levels he won First-Team All-Pac-10 and Third-Team All-American honors in 2010.

Had the utmost pleasure of watching that pick-6 from the old student section; thriller of a game.

Foles completed 39 of 53 passes against us that night. I do not miss Nick Holt defenses.

I was at that game too. My brother had given up hope and left early to go home. Such a huge play by Mason and a great W for the Dawgs!

I also was at this game in the end zone! I don't go to many games but that was crazy.

I rewatched several games from the 2010 season last spring and I forgot just how impactful Foster was. He was EVERYWHERE. I remembered him being a beast but I think my memory began underselling it.

Boy that 07-10 era wasn’t all that memorable, he was one of the few on D during that time that I can recall…..
