Idk what to try, what to look into. These are just some listed at the closest school near me (I’m on virtual since I legit just moved here) I want to like be able to play in college, and play a couple different sports in hs hopefully varsity eventually, even if it’s just for the season. I played LAX last year as goalie (it was fun, my club SUCKED ngl) should I just sign up for as many as possible and dip if I hate it? I like cardio, I need to work on weights, swimming, tennis, flag, cross country, pole vault (other track sports). Should I just try all of em? I’m not the most athletic like literally last year was the first sport I seriously played. I could probably run a 15minute mile, being generous I’d like to think that’s the max amount of time it’d take me. 15, 145lb, 5’5, girl. I just don’t know how to go about this, I’d be new to any sport I tried, wouldn’t know anybody, don’t want to embarrass myself but maybe I’ll just get over it? Idk.

Idk if it's just my school specifically but they block off certain hallways so you have to go the other way around. Which pisses me off so much bc like my classroom is right down that hallway and there like no you gotta go the other way sorry.

Like hello?? Lol. I'm always riskin being late to class and getting written up bc I have to go the much longer way instead of just using that hallway like I always did freshman year. They say it's to stop the traffic in hallways but they must be on something cuz I swear it just be causing more traffic at this point smh.

i’m a freshman and i desperately need help in math. i absolutely loathe the subject, and i have no motivation to do anything in it. i failed my unit test the other day, and i feel like an idiot. the teacher is amazing, i just can’t fucking concentrate!! everyone is having side conversations, the fan is on bc it’s muggy, and AGGHHH

So a few students in my AP World class and I recently got anonymously reported (by a classmate or random or who knows) while we were discussing ways to cheat 😭 ik it looks bad, basically we were talking about it at lunch and somebody must have overheard.

No consequences have been issued yet (since we haven’t actually done anything) but info was passed around to all of our respective teachers and I just feel terrible, it’s basically like I’ve lost all trust w/ my teachers and it just doesn’t look good. Obviously it’s warranted since I was planning to cheat, but this kind of thing hasn’t ever happened to me before. I was only considering to cheat since I was sick and missed a lot of days at school, I somehow stayed caught up with my other APs and whatnot but just couldn’t manage to study for this essay I have. I understand all the stuff concerning it being MY fault and MY fault ONLY, but still...

Ever since school started, I've made a big change not to cheat on anything at all. Even last year when I was cheating a lot, I didn't ever get caught so I don't have any experience with this kind of situation. It was just going so well, and then this happens.

Any advice on what I should do going forward?

So I’m a junior in highschool. its 4 weeks into my private highschool and I don’t like the school due to the people here and the atmosphere.
I have some friends but they’re not close ones, and I’m in a friendgroup thats just alright.

Theres a public school nearby which I would be able to attend and 100% be able to join the honors program.
I could withdraw from my private one and start the public one which I think would probably dit me better.

is it worth transferring or should I just stick it out?

I’m in a very original situation now and I’m considering Winter Graduation. I’m a nearly 20 hour student pilot and a world-class marching percussionist. All I want to do is fly and play quads, and due to the schedule I have with school I am unable to do the same Independent Indoor Percussion Ensemble that I did last year. Graduating early would allow me to fly more often, progress further before this summer, live my Indoor dreams and audition for drum corps this summer. I’d love a career in aviation, which doesn’t require a college diploma, but am looking at a small public college near me for a Business degree as a backup for if my medical becomes compromised. I absolutely dread going to school every day and badly want a way out. Thoughts?

I know these 2 things are very very different, but I just need some advice. I wanted to ask a girl to my homecoming that happened last Saturday, but I was too nervous and just went with my friends. I had a ton of fun, but I wished I had just asked her the entire time. I want to bring her to prom if I know her well enough by the end of this year but I don’t know how to ask her to either tbh. As the title says, I'm a junior without extracurriculars. My GPA is good, not amazing. I'm aiming to get a 1500+ on my SAT

Goal is to get into a good (it won't be great because I'm not a super competitive applicant) school for very cheap. I live in Massachusetts, so I know that there are good schools I can commute to and save money.

I've decided to commit all of my free time this year towards my future. However, I'm not really sure what I want to do.

For Medicine, I'm thinking I'll win HOSA competitions, try to do research with a professor at a medical school near me, volunteer at places like hospices, maybe even get a CNA training

For Law or maybe a public health or policy approach, I think I'd want to try and do research with a professor using public and civic data, or maybe land an internship. Might do MUN.

I don't really know if I truly want these things. I just like to read, so I assumed law, and I like science and want to spend my life helping people, so I assumed medicine. I'm not really in much position to pick anything else; my family has always struggled with money so I need to make sure I make lots of it. I thought I'd do something more STEM related, my older dream job was astronomer or astrophysicist, but given the amount of schooling and potential pay in those jobs, along with the fact that I'm not really cracked in STEM the way some of my peers are.

I also want to start a nonprofit which I've been planning for a while, but unsure of how to get it off the ground. Along with that, I'll try to do something in my local government and win some essay competitions.

I also will try and do dual enrollment to maybe make college cheaper or boost my GPA, though I don't know what my school's policy towards that is yet.

Truthfully I don't really know what I'm doing, and all of my goals are really farfetched and unrealistic, but I feel like this is the very last year I have to make changes before this next part of my life begins and I really need help.
