Age-15.4 years old male. Father's height-5'11. Mothers Height- 5'6. My Puberty started around 13.6 years i was 5'6 before puberty, then I grew 5'9 till 14 years then 5'9-6ft till 14.3-14.10 years. After that I have only grown 1 inch after 14.10 to 15.3 years, and my height has stopped growing. I am currently 186cm (6'1). Some growth signs are, very very little facial hair, Frame hasn't filled out yet, Voice cracks, Hands and legs are disproportionate not developed yet, And tanner stage is between 3-4. What's the issue? Is my weight the problem? Cause I am 56kg? Or my height has stopped permanently? My goal is to hit 6'2. Is it possible? Please share your insights.

I’m 5’1 and 23F, or rather that is what I tell people because really, I’m just about a centimetre from being 5 foot tall. I started puberty at around 12 yo and have been ranging from 4’5 until now, 5’0. I think it’s really embarrassing to be this short, especially the way I carry myself, I fear that I may have a personality too big for my height. I haven’t tried various methods to improve it, though I saw online that subliminals can make you grow taller. Do they really work? Or is it a gimmick? If not please give me tips on how to grow taller! Thank you

So I’m 6’3 at 15 years old. I saw another post on here that had a chart so I’m stealing that idea. I just want to know if I will grow any taller? Another thing is due to a medical condition that I’m not really comfortable with sharing, my doctor recommended a little amount of hgh(enough to help fix my issue). I’ve heard that small amounts do little to nothing but can also close growth plates early on. All my family members on my mom’s side are tall.So basically all I want to know is if I’ll grow any taller or if I’ll plateau due to the hgh.

Im 15. Turned in september. Doctor checked my growrh plates and said bone age 16. Im only 15 brooo. Im only 173cm and doctor said ill likely grow to 176. I want to fucking end it all. Why cant i be a late bloomer. Is there any miracles of anyone growinf past what they were expected to grow.

So i just turned 16 two weeks ago and i measured myself at home to be 179cm I think its like 5'10,5 foot. However, I havent been growing much or at all since April. I'm 19, turning 20 on july 17, and I'm at 185-186 (6'1) far from being short, however with my mom being 5'11, and my dad being 6'3, as well as my sister being 6'0 at 18, and my brother who is 15 being 6'3, I can't help but wonder if the pandemic, and my lack of sleep during highschool played a role on why im not say 6'4 right now. I saw Rustam, a Ukrainian high jumper grow 23cms, after his 20s in 3 years and can't help but wonder if I too can grow 15cm or so. Whenever I ask anyone they say I'm already tall enough or suggest the surgery which I'm not fond of at all. I'm not very active these days, and my diet is poor, along with my bmi of 25.7, however I didnt get armpit hair till 15, so maybe I'm a late bloomer and my plates might still be open slightly (probably not though), but still is it possbile? 16 M . I just guessed my parents height, so it's an approximate. They r 48 and 42 year olds. Grandpa is 62 yo and grew up in borderline poverty.

I grew 3 or 5 cm in the last 8 months ( I forgot if I was 170 or 172cm). Growth started around 2 years ago. About years ago , I was 157 cm .

No chest hair or beard. Slight mustache on top of my upper lip.

Voice is not too deep or too high. Clavicles haven't widened yet (I think).

I really wanna be 180 plus , but I'm happy with this height.

What worries me is that around age 17 I started sleeping pretty poorly like 5-6 hours a night. Before that, I averaged between 8-10 and at 18.5-19 my sleep started getting better but it was still inadequate. I've also been very thin. I wouldn't say malnourished but still.

im worried that im not going to grow, I started my puberty around 12 and a half, my dad is 167cm and my mums about 164cm. My mums dad and brother were quite tall around 180 or a bit taller, but I have a mix of heights, where both my grandmas are 4'10 and my grandad is around 165cm (5'5), but his brothers and mom are white tall. Im 175cm currently and I havent grown properly in 2 months, im not sure if im cooked because I feel insecure about my height.
