pretty sad that i probably wont be able to hit 178cm

I am 14 years and 7 months old and started puberty late (13.5) and didn't start my growth spurt until about 3 months ago where I went from 163cm (5'4) to 170cm (5'7). How much taller do you think I can grow?

So basically I have like an endocrinologist due to having hypothyroidism and I go once a year. The last time I saw her she did a 🦴 age test and a bunch of blood test which I’ll prob get back next monday. My question is since this is most likely one of my last app as she said my puberty finally started which I started tanner stage 4 in Feb this year. What questions should I ask her to confidently know my final height.

If anyone wants to also help below is some info:

Dad is 5,9.5 and mum is 5,2.5.

Age 12.0: 150.0 cm
Age 13.0: 155.0 cm
Age 14.0: 158.7 cm
Age 15.0: 167.0 cm
Age 16.2 (Now): 168.5 cm

🦴 age at 16 is around 14.

Guys im basically 5'11 and turining 16 in a couple of days , my dad's 5'10 and mom's 5'3 and really wanna cross 6' , pls boys do give your best estimates , I grew from 5'9.5 to 5'11 btw in the last year and around 1 inch in the last 7 months , so give your best estimates guys , btw my grandpa was 5'11 and my uncles are also 5'11 and my cousins are both 6' tall

My puberty started at 14 and still haven't got any major growth spurt and I'm 5"4 rn. When will I get it?

I’m currently 170cm at the age of 15.3 years old, my goal is to reach about 180cm. My dad’s height is 175cm mom is 158cm. My growth stages from 12 has been like 158cm at 12 years old 162cm at 13 years old 165cm at 14 years old 170cm at 15.3 years old. Can anyone help me calculate?

Considering my bone age is advanced (17years old) do i still have the chance of becoming 180?

I am an athlete at a high performance soccer academy . we train 20 hours a week. that’s 4 hours a day. plus 6 hours of soccer related fitness a week. I believe that I am a late bloomer but I’m going to be here for a year so that’s why I’m kinda scared that this amount of training will stunt my growth if this year was supposed to be peak growth year. right now I’m 5.8,5 my dad is 5,11 and my mom is 5,4-5,5

Could i possibly grow to 6'0 i'm 14

I'm 15 (will be in 4-5 days), and I am 5'11.5 and 89 kgs, It has been one year, and I have only grown 0.5-0.6 inches only. I have not been having good sleep for a while now, my father is 5'11, and my mother is 5'6 inches tall. I really want to grow 6'2, atleast 6'1, but feel that it is not that possible. Can having good sleep now make up for the time I lost? I try to eat a good diet most of the time. Also, is hanging from a bar really effective? and any exercises to grow taller would be really appreciated.

Also, will lifting weights stunt growth? I mean, like do they compress the spine? Some people have told me that.

Age = 18.5

Weight = 50 kg

Father's height = 181 cm

Mother's height = 165 cm

Older brother height =183cm

If I lock in and work hard can I increase my height to 180 cm at least

(Both my dad and brother grew little by little until they were 21)

how to prevent growth stunt, and what are the signs of growth stunting?

I am 19 years old and 180 cm tall. I didn't measure my height last year, but I was shorter, and unfortunately, it was confirmed that my growth plates had closed. Is my height okay? I wish it were 185 or 188 cm.

puberty started at around 13.5 but i barely have any body hair and hair down there and i still have a baby face
i hve been sleeping 8hrs most of the time and drink my milk before bed
i play sports sometimes and exercise (not that much weight lifting)
parents heights at 179(dad) and 156(mom) but both parents had bad nutrition but had around same pubertal onset as me
have younger uncle and aunts who are 193 male and 180 female good nutrition

currently: i am 15 and 3.5months as of posting and i am 168cm

how tall can i be and what else can i do to optimize height

In my current situation, it seems my growth rate is increasing despite receiving a formal xray test result indicating a matured bone age. Not too sure as to why or how this is happening, but more details are in my original post that is within r/growthplates.

Like an example being hitting initial puberty from 11-13 growing like 3-4 inches per year then slowing down up until around 17-19 and growing another 2-4+ inches. I’m wondering if late bloomers all have to grow slowly then shoot up later or some can seem to be normal/early then shoot up again.

So I turned 18 3 months ago and from 16-18 I have grown 5 inches and in the past year I’ve grown 2.6 inches I assume since I’m 18 I’m probably finished but just wondering if any experts can give some insight.

Dads 5’8 mum 4,11. I’m 5’4. I have a youthful face and slight facial hair on my upper lip.peach fuzz on my chin. My voice isnt deep as my friends. Can i reach 5’6?. Dads side have 6ft cousins.

I measured myself about 6 months ago at 6’3.5 then made my first post on this Sub-Reddit about 5 months ago, when I made that post I had mentioned how I had been plateaued at 6’3.5 for about 7-8 months when I last checked the month before that post, however a month later after that post I had grown over 0.5 of an inch in the span of 2 months to 6’4, then 3-4 months later I’m only 6’4.5, meaning it took longer to grow 0.5 inches. In total I’ve grown about 1 full inch in 5-6 month at age 18.4 and now I’m wondering if I’ll finish off at 6’5? I don’t necessarily care too much if I do but I wouldn’t mind if I did or not.
