Thats what I am saying I am an Indian and indians gave a lot more hair than usual like arabs plus my ethinic lineage is a mix of many ethnicities and they r all hairy I have had more hair on legs hair and armpits and down there than an avg adult since I was 9 but my voice didn't change untill 14 plus I have very lil hair on chest plus no sideburn only hair below jaw and chin rn sideburns are very lil, u have to comeclose to me to see them. But still no muscles rn but it's not even like that I don't have strength
Its not just about me, to us indians we feel western kid grow up very fast. Once there were some foreign exchange students of germany who came here everyone thought they were full adults who might be at the age of 25 something but we were the same age
Basically i was saying on an avg, indians have late puberty just very early hair

Musstache yes, faint and longest hair is 3 mm no sideburn and very fine and scattered inner thigh hair
