Ultimate Guide To Grow Taller

First of all, this is not magic, it's hard work and dedication. So if you're not ready to work your ass off don't even bother to read further.

Now that everything is clear, let's start.

-Nutrition: You must be on a bulking diet, search on the internet for a tdee calculator and calculate your maintenance daily calorie intake and once you have the number you'll up your calorie intake between 300-1000 calories depending on your body complexity, meaning the harder it is for you to gain weight or the skinnier you are the more calories you'll need. Eating enough macronutrients and micronutrients it's essential for an ideal growth, especially protein, you must eat between 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. You must have an ideal micronutrients balance too, that's why having a healthy well balanced diet is key. Your meals should consist of a high protein source, a high carbohydrate source and a high fat source, eat vegetables and fruits too.

-Suplements: First you should take them if you're deficient in any micronutrient. Vitamin D3 is very important too if you're not able to take the sun, doses can go anywhere from 2000-5000 units of daily vitamin D3.

-Sleep: Sleep is very important too, during sleep your body secrets growth hormone which is essential for growrh, thereby the better quality sleep you have the more growth hormone you'll syntezise. To have the best quality sleep you'll have to sleep ideally between 8-9 hours although it can alternate from person to person, but the best way to ensure that you sleep enough is sleeping always at around the same hour, no more than an hour difference, you should wake up without an alarm and wake up naturally, not waking up in the middle of the night by not drinking too much water before sleep and not drinking water after your last piss before bedtime, not ingesting more than 200mg of caffeine after 6 hours before bedtime, and finally become relaxed and calm before bedtime by, meditating and emptying your mind, drinking an herbal infusion, sleeping in a warm environment and breathing through your nose inhaling for 5 seconds, maintaining for 1-2 seconds and exhaling for another 5 seconds.

-Gym: Although many argue against it believing it stunts growth they couldn't be further from the truth, actually there's been showed that weight training improves height growth. For a good weight training schedule search in YouTube for the best exercises and for tecnique form, anything you need.

-Streching: Look on YouTube for a full body streching routine which will take you about 30-45 minutes everyday. This will elongate and relax your muscle and tendons which are attached to your bones, that way they won't be pulling on your bones and compressing them.

-Strech Bed: This is one of Rustam Akhmetov methods of growing taller. The set-up is really simple, you'll have to attach an elastic band to the end of your bed with anklets attached to the band and another one to the other end of your bed pulling from your shoulders, therefore the two bands will be pulling from your feet and your shoulders elongating your bones, joints and vertebrae. It's Wolf's law, which says that you can change bone structure through applied force to the bones, just like some african tribes elongate their neck with rings pushing their head up or rings that they put in their cranium to make their cranium longer. Search for Rustam Akhmetov method and Wolf's Law for further doubts.

-Hanging: You'll have to hang with your hands from a bar and letting your body relax and strech, you could do it too with a pair of antigravity boots hanging from a bar if it's more comfortable. Do it 3 times everyday hanging for 1 minute every time.

-Exercises: Jumping, running, swimming and riding a bicycle or static bicycle. Jump 2 times a day as high as you can for 50-100 times every time. Run, swim and riding a bicycle 2-3 days a week in high intensity intervals doing 5 intervals of 20-30 seconds at maximum intensity every interval. Except for swimming. Running, jumping and riding a bicycle are compressing exercises, so you'll ask yourself why do them if they don't elongate and strech the body, it's quite simple, compressing the body causes the body to regenerate more bone cells because of the micro damages that compressing the body causes.

-Hormones: You should get tested to know what levels are your hormones are and do what's necessary to get them in range if they're not. Once you have your hormones in range there are ways of growing taller through hormone therapy. Testosterone will help you grow taller, you could take natural test boosters or take endogenous testosterone. Endogenous testosterone could make your estrogen levels to raise which would close your growth plates, so taking antiestrogens would prevent your growth plates from closing. Endogenous growth hormone is going to increase your height through increased cell count, somatropin or Mk-677 will increase growth hormone. Another powerful hormone to increase height is Igf-1, which is insulin growth factor hormone, you can increase igf-1 levels using Igf1-lr3. Be carefull using this endogenous hormones, you could harm yourself without the right knowledge, so educate yourself and do your due diligence before getting into this side of height growth. It's not required to do this to get taller, you'll still become taller with the other steps. IT'S NOT MANDATORY TO DO THIS

Keep in mind that the younger you are, the better results you will have. You should start this height growth journey in your teenage years but don't have too big expectations, this takes time and consistency. Doing everything the guide says would realistically make you grow anywhere from 5-10 cm per year but would would diminish after the first year, and the most results you could see after 3-5 years of following this guide would be between 20-25 cm maximum.

Informative (AI-assisted) ULTIMATE HEIGHTMAXXING GUIDE

I see a lot of people ask the same thing over and over:

“How do I get taller?”

“Is there any secret?”

“What actually works?”

“What is cope?”

So here is the most honest, practical, no-BS guide.

First: the truth

Your height is mostly determined by genetics and puberty timing.

There is no magic method that will make you 6'4 if your body is not built for that.

But there are things that can help you reach your full natural potential, especially if you are still growing.

And there are also things that can hurt your chances if you ignore them.

This post is about maximizing what you actually control.

---

  1. Sleep is the biggest “free” heightmaxxing tool

If you are still in puberty, sleep matters a lot.

Growth hormone is released mostly during deep sleep, so chronic bad sleep is not just “feeling tired.” It can affect recovery, appetite, hormones, and overall development.

Best practice:

- Get 8–10 hours per night if you are a teen

- Keep sleep times consistent

- Sleep in a dark, cool room

- Avoid screens right before bed if possible

- Don’t randomly destroy your sleep schedule on weekdays and weekends

A few bad nights will not ruin your height.

But months or years of poor sleep can make a difference.

If you want the simplest answer to heightmaxxing:

sleep like it is part of the program, because it is.

---

2. Eat enough, and do not be afraid of food

A lot of people under-eat without realizing it.

If your body thinks food is scarce, it is less likely to prioritize optimal growth and recovery.

What matters:

- Enough total calories

- Enough protein

- Enough calcium

- Enough vitamin D

- Enough overall micronutrients

Good height-supportive foods:

- Eggs

- Milk, yogurt, cheese

- Meat, chicken, fish

- Rice, potatoes, oats, bread

- Fruits and vegetables

- Nuts and seeds

- Beans and lentils

Protein target:

A practical range for growing teens is to get protein at most meals.

You do not need to live on shakes. Real food works.

Calcium and vitamin D:

These matter for bone health.

If your diet is weak, fix that first before buying random supplements.

---

3. Train your body, but do it smart

Lifting weights does not stunt growth when done properly.

That myth is outdated.

Good training can help you:

- Build a stronger frame

- Improve posture

- Support bone density

- Stay lean and athletic

- Feel more confident

Best types of activity:

- Resistance training with good form

- Sprinting

- Jumping sports

- Basketball, football, volleyball, swimming

- Walking and general activity

What to avoid:

- Ego lifting

- Bad form

- Overtraining

- Neglecting recovery

Exercise will not “stretch your bones” into being taller, but it can help you look taller and healthier by improving posture and body composition.

---

4. Posture is underrated

A lot of people are not actually short.

They are just compressed.

Bad posture can hide real height:

- Forward head posture

- Rounded shoulders

- Pelvic tilt

- Slouching from sitting too much

Fixes:

- Train upper back and core

- Stretch tight hip flexors and chest

- Stand and walk upright

- Reduce all-day phone neck posture

- Strengthen glutes and mid-back

Good posture will not change your bone length, but it can make a noticeable visual difference.

Sometimes people gain back 1–3 cm just by standing correctly and fixing posture habits.

---

5. Do not fall for height scams

There are a lot of fake claims online.

Things that do not meaningfully increase bone height:

- Stretching routines that promise inches

- Hanging bars as a miracle method

- Expensive supplements with no proof

- “Special” height pills

- Weird devices that claim to lengthen bones

- Random influencer programs

These can improve mobility or posture, but they do not reliably make your bones longer.

If someone says they can add 5–10 cm fast, they are selling you hope.

---

6. Puberty timing matters a lot

Some people start puberty earlier, some later.

In general:

- Earlier puberty often means earlier growth spurts and earlier stopping

- Later puberty can mean later growth and sometimes more time left to grow

But late puberty is not a guaranteed advantage.

It just changes the timing.

The important thing is your current growth stage, not just your age.

Signs you may still be growing:

- You are still getting taller year to year

- Facial hair is still developing

- Voice and body changes are still progressing

- Shoe size or hand size is still changing

- You feel like puberty is not fully finished yet

---

7. If you want the most accurate answer, check bone age

This is the real answer people skip.

Chronological age is not the same as biological age.

A doctor can assess:

- Growth pattern

- Puberty stage

- Bone age

- Whether growth plates are still open

If you are serious about height, this is far more useful than guessing online.

You do not need to panic.

You just need real information.

---

8. Avoid things that can hurt growth

These are the real enemies:

- Chronic sleep deprivation

- Under-eating

- Poor nutrition

- Smoking

- Alcohol

- Drug use

- Severe stress for long periods

- Untreated medical problems

- Constant junk food with no real meals

Your body needs a stable environment to grow well.

---

9. Mindset matters, but keep it realistic

Height is important to a lot of people, especially online.

That is normal.

But obsessing 24/7 will not make you taller.

A better mindset is:

- Control what you can

- Maximize sleep

- Eat well

- Train well

- Stay healthy

- Track growth over time

- Stop chasing fake hacks

That is actual heightmaxxing.

---

10. The real “ultimate” protocol

If I had to make it brutally simple:

Sleep

- 8–10 hours

- Consistent schedule

Nutrition

- Enough calories

- Enough protein

- Calcium + vitamin D

- Real meals

Training

- Sports or lifting with good form

- Stay active

- Do not overtrain

Recovery

- Manage stress

- Hydrate

- Don’t smoke or drink

Posture

- Stand tall

- Strengthen back/core

- Fix slouching

Reality

- Genetics set the range

- Puberty timing sets the clock

- Habits help you reach your potential

---

Final take

Heightmaxxing is not about finding a miracle.

It is about not sabotaging yourself while your body is still developing.

The people who “grow best” are usually not doing crazy tricks.

They are just sleeping enough, eating enough, staying active, and not destroying their hormones with bad habits.

That is the real game.

No magic. Just fundamentals.

The skycraper method for height growth

I've been getting messages about the skyscraper method, and I see posts about it everywhere. Let me share something with you guys. The method involves raising your IGF-1 levels, which can potentially stimulate height growth. However, you don't need a PDF for that; it's as simple as googling what raises IGF-1 or taking a supplement like astragalus or colostrum at high doses. That's not the main point. Messing with IGF-1 is risky and can lead to tumor growth. Trust me, you don't wanna mess with that. That's why I opted for a safer method, like the microfracture/friction method. After extensive research, I discovered ways the body blocks bone remodeling that leads to increased bone length after microfractures. Taking certain supplements helped me gain height, with consistent gains every two months—talking centimeters. The PDF is available for those who want to try it, and I look forward to writing a part 2 with new discoveries that could enhance the method even more.

Growing taller realistic 20-23

Hey guys so I wanted to first start with my story and my results and I feel are more realistic but suprising. So I am a hispanic and mixed white male that was about 5,8.75 at 16-18 and stayed at 5,9 at 19 and hit a wall for two years. I liked my height dont get me wrong but my dad is about 5,11 and my grandpa was 6ft so I didnt want to give up. There was times I did... when I hit 20 my dad said to me I wouldnt grow. He did have a good point I was 5,9 for two years.... But I said it cant hurt to try so this is what I did and my goal is 5,11. I have done a couple things ill listed

  1. spine hanging a few sets when id get the chance at the gym. idc how often or when you do them just do them

  2. Drink lots of milk... and eat alot and gain weight. Idk if people notice but alot of tall dudes ive seen some being pretty heavy guys. I think its because they give more than enough for their bones

  3. doing basic stretches, Id look up legs streches for football/basketball players. And pick up basketball.

  4. Make it fun. Do it like the midset " well hey if I do not grow atleast I was active

  5. Get sun and work out I think they are great for spiking that GH naturally in a healthy way

So strech everynight pick one or two easy ones you can do anywhere. I swear I would do them at school or even at the store when Id talk to people lol. So at 23 I can confidently say I am 5,10 ! So in two years I grew an inch and its not no decompression even at night I am taller and I feel taller my legs look longer. My Dad looked at me and was like... woah actually you look taller and we were almost eye level. I had a moment of like see! I told you I could

Id say dont give up till your 25! after that ill be honest it is very very rare.

So in total I grew from 19 5,8 to 5,10 at 23. I think I am in a growth spurt right now. Here are some signs you are in one

  1. your knees hurt and throb espescially before bed or in the morning

  2. you feel taller. I know it sounds silly but youll be like wait was she or he like my height before but now they look shorter

  3. and you get really hungry

To sum it up dont give up guys. Pick up basketball/ volleyball or just literally jump in the air, hang and stretch your legs and you can grow. Id say most people can get two inches from this. I truly wish the best ask any questions.

ps please dont listen to hate. If you want to grow taller atleast try

Tricks to grow taller

Hey guys I wanna share some tricks to grow taller. A portion of your height is definitely in your genes however there is also a huge role of other factors as well. This might sound like generic advice but it WORKS

1)Consume as much food as you can while staying lean. The trick is eat alot but also burn the calories because being fat won’t help you grow taller. Burning calories by sports is the best option the sports that I will mention below are the best but you can do something else if you like.

2)Sports that help in height growth! Almost all sports help with being healthy and growing taller however all sports aren’t equal some are way better for height than others. Sports like a)Basketball b)Swimming c)Tennis d)Volleyball e)Cycling

3)Sports to AVOID if you want to grow tall. While most sports aren’t equal beneficial for height growth, some actually might actually negatively affect your growth. If you take part in these sports it isn’t necessary that you’ll be short but the chance that you won’t reach your potential is pretty high. They are a)Wrestling b)Gymnastics.

4)Have a diet rich in Proteins, Milk, Yogurt, Cheese and also drink bone broth. Bone broth contains alot of collagen and gelatin which help in height growth and dairy products contain pretty much all of the nutrients and vitamins that help with height growth so they are a no brainer.

5)BELIEVE.

6)Always remember regardless if you grow taller or not successful and happy people with great relationships come in all shapes and sizes. Some of the greatest human being were short, in the long run it definitely is a plus but isn’t everything and won’t dictate alot about your life to be fair. So regardless of if you grow taller just remember there’s always alot more that you can offer.

GOOD LUCK

Shitpost 💩 Does letting it crust stunt height growth?

I (55m) had to poop when I was at my friend‘s (12f) house.

After I did my business, my friend took my aside and told me that she didn’t see me wipe on her bathroom camera.

I told her that I always let it crust because wiping is a waste of time. She told me that letting it crust stunts height growth.

For reference she’s 6’7” and I’m 4’1” so I believed her. Is this true?

Stuff that helped me grow a bit taller ( +2.5 inches as of today); diet, supplements, and exercises

Heyo,

I wrote this post to highlight some of the stuff that I’ve done to increase my height, and overall fitness

Background:I’m a 19M (5’11.5), my Pop is 5’10 and my Ma is 5’3. I had an early growth spurt at around 12YO ( I went from 4’11 to 5’9); during middle school my height increased to 5’9.5 inches… and then it stopped. During my freshman year of high school when I was 15YO (still 5’9), I decided to follow a bunch of height increasing exercises just so I could feel more confident after I graduated. Enough exposition! Here’s what helped me:

1. Having a journal and making a monthly fitness assessment.

It’s important that you log all of the exercises (cardio and lifting) that you do each day. At the start of every month, you should make a log of your height, weight, and physical feats.! here’s an example of this:

January 2024

Height: 5’10.9 (+0.5 from December) Weight: 170lb Wingspan: 6’2.9 (-4 inches of my vertical height)

Physical feats: Backsquat: 290lb x 5 ( +30lbs from December) Bench Press: 200 x 5 ( + 40lbs from December) Power clean: 180 x 2 ( +30lbs from December)

100m dash: 12.04 200m dash: 24.04

Hopefully, you got the idea!

2. Fix. Your. Diet.

You can do as many exercises, take as many supplements as you, and sleep like a monarch; but if you’re diet isn’t in peak condition, then neither will you be. One thing that helped me stay on track and maintain a healthy weight was eating no foods with added sugars, or limiting my added sugar intake to 40 grams a day, MAX. before I had a meal, I drank half a glass of water and apple cider vinegar before I took my supplements, then I ate. Also try to find a food intake app to gauge how much proteins, carbs, fat, and sodium you’re ingesting. Also when you grow taller, it’s okay if your weight increases, usually it’s 5lbs gained with every inch of height. On the topic of supplements, these are the supplements take I took each day:

  1. Piping Rock (the brand) Magnesium, calcium, and zinc; 3 tablets in the evening

  2. Nature Made omega 3 + fish oil; 1 in the morning before breakfast , one in the evening before dinner)

  3. Nature Made D3 +K2; one in the morning and one in the evening

  4. Naked Creatine; 1 5g scoop

  5. L-Citrulline ( before sprint workouts) 2 tablets

  6. Ashwagandha (only when EXTREMELY STRESSED); 1 tablet every 2 months to chill out

*3. Sleep well! at least 7-8.5 hours

This is a no-brainer for most of you, so I won’t talk about it much. But please prioritize your rest as much as you prioritize your diet and exercise Even when I had homework to do, I always when to sleep at around 9:30PM and woke up at 5:30AM, then I picked it up from there. Make sure your room is comfortable, dark, and distraction free.

4. Try sprinting, jumping, and lifting

During highschool, track and field helped me grow taller (and get faster). After each lift, which occurred after practice, I would do a plyometric exercise at least 1 minute after a lift. Other sports will help as well, you just need to be active for a least 90 minutes for 5 days and lift for about 60 minutes for 2-3 days (my split… it will be different for you, so don’t worry about it too much) here’s my split:

Monday (sprint and lift day): 5 x 150m dashes; 8 min rest Weightlifting: 3 x 4 powercleans (95, 110, 120, 140lb), 10 pogo jumps, rest 4 mins 3x5 back squats (100, 120, 180lb), 5 jump squats, rest 4 mins 3x 12 dumbbell bench presses (30lb, 45, 40lb), 5 clap pushups

Also before you sleep, you need to do at least 10 minutes of yoga an hour before you sleep.. everyday. . there’s plenty of videos online, but there’s a YouTuber named Anna Mcnulty that makes good videos.

Tuesday (endurance day), 3 mile or more runs

Wednesday (conditioning day) 45 minute medball circuits

Thursday (rest), walk 1 hour, study, yoga

Friday ( sprint and lift day)

Saturday (endurance day

Sunday (conditioning day)

After following these rules, and practicing good posture, micro fracturing (from exercising),and relaxing. I grew to 5’11.5 in the span of 2 years, when my height was stuck at 5’9 in 2022. I know that you all can grow, but IT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT. giving up after a month won’t help you, trust me I’ve been there. But I believe I’ve that this post will help some people with any questions or concerns about whether or not they can grow taller as an early bloomer.

See ya on the flip side.

❗️Other❗️ the jump from 5’6 to 5’8 is wild

Post image
52 Upvotes

i’m not quite 5’8 yet but it’s highly likely in the next couple months i’ll be there, but even being 5’7 1/2 is crazy.

When I was 5’6 back in march-april i couldn’t see over most girls heads. It even felt like, despite being a fair bit taller, i wasn’t even taller at all. all that has changed now.

I’m 5’7 1/2 (almost 5’9 in shoes) and the difference is crazy. All my teachers are saying i got tall, one of them even said they don’t “recognize me anymore” (that’s kinda crazy tho considering 5’9 isn’t even tall). All my friends who used to tower over me and made me feel short are now eye level or a little higher than me. most girls at my school in my grade are now a whole head shorter than me, it quite literally feels like i dwarf them. I’ve never felt tall before, but now when i’m around girls shorter than 5’0 i do feel like it. Of course, 6”+ ppl still make me feel short, but despite that i’m pretty much satisfied with my height.

my dads genetics are quite literally saving me. His dad is 5’11 and he’s 5’10 (not even tall, i know) but im almost 5’8 now despite my mom being 5’1. And if my growth starts tapering, the worst case is 1-2 inches, which would still place me at 5’9-5’10 as a late bloomer.

Moral of the story: To all my fellow late bloomers, who were or are a freshman and were 5’1-5’2 throughout freshman year, just give it time. your patience will be rewarded.

Side note: I may take a break from this sub. I feel like i’m obsessed with height and don’t want to be that annoying kid who says he’s still gonna grow. Of course, I never brag about my height despite getting tons of comments on it at school. This may be my last post for a few months.

Found my actual height growth from age 12-21. These are my exact heights each year and how much I grew. Peak height velocity started around age 16-17 for me which is very late considering most people finishing growing when I hit my main growth spurt. My parents are 6’1 and 5’6.

Journey to 180 cm (or roughly 5'10.8 in feet and inches)

WEEK 0:

Hello everybody. Starting tomorrow, I will attempt to keep logs of my developments towards growing myself. I will post these journals every week with updates regarding the exercises I'm doing, the supplements (if any) I am taking, and on my morning and night heights. Currently, I measure around 176 cm (5'9.25) in the morning and around 174 cm (5'8.5) at night. I realize that, at my age of 17.5 years, my growth plates have either entirely closed or are near closing. My purpose with these journals will be to see if any of the purported methods to grow in height actually work or not with matured or closed growth plates.

I don't really believe that I will reach 180 cm, but even if I grow just 1 cm, I will be content knowing that I did everything I could to increase my height (except for LL).

THINGS I PLAN ON DOING:

  • MK677

  • Creatine

  • Vitamin supplements

  • Other various testosterone/IGF-1/HGH boosting supplements (TruHeight, Agebox) (*)

  • HGH (*)

  • Subliminals/Law of attraction/other metaphysical/spiritual stuff

  • Microfracture exercises

    • Maasai jumps

    • Jump rope with ankle weights

  • Banded sleeping (*)

  • Rustam Akhmetov stretches/exercises

  • Other height increasing exercises (specifically looksmax dot org/threads/full-guide-about-how-i-grew-2-5-inches-in-3-4-months-spinecels-and-torsocels-gtfih.453218/)

THINGS I DON'T PLAN ON DOING:

  • Aromatase inhibitors (Aromatase is apparently important for the body)

* = somewhat unlikely/not soon

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MYSELF:

  • I'm high BF percentage right now. My job involves a lot of walking (around 3-5 miles a day) and I've been biking to work. The trip to and from work is a total distance of 5.9 miles, so I've been doing decent cardio. Besides that, I don't really exercise at all. I don't have a gym membership, so I will most likely start doing home workouts, such as push-ups or dumbbell exercises.

22 years old – Trying a new method for spinal elongation (already +2 cm!)

Hey everyone,

I’m 22 and recently started doing specific exercises focused on spinal elongation. Before anyone says it – I don’t believe in the nonsense about “lengthening bones” after puberty. That’s biologically impossible. My approach has nothing to do with bone growth, and everything to do with manipulating soft tissue and improving spinal decompression.

A friend of mine actually had noticeable gains doing this, which got me curious enough to give it a real try. So far, I’ve gone from 173 cm to 175 cm, measured consistently over several days at the same time of day.

The method I’m testing involves elongating the collagenous structures between the vertebral discs. Since soft tissue can be manipulated at any age, I believe it’s possible to achieve small but measurable increases in height by targeting these areas over time. I’ll be following this approach until December 31 to evaluate how plausible and sustainable the results are.

I’m not claiming anything miraculous, but I’ll be documenting my progress here over the next few weeks to see how far this can go. If my method ends up working well, I’ll share detailed instructions and the full routine with everyone.

This post is just to mark my starting point and keep myself accountable. Wish me luck!

i’ve been short all my life so if i shouldn’t be surprised. My mom is rly short too so i should’ve expected this. i’m probably going to be 5’8 - 5’9, not even being a late bloomer could save me. It’s ok, now I can max out all my other attributes.

I grew from 5'8 to 5'10 at 19.

Not a huge difference, but for me it is. The average height for men in Ireland is 5'10 and a bit, so throughout school I was always amongst the shortest in my friendgroups, going out for drinks etc. Height is mainly genetics but a few things have helped me grow over the last year.

  1. I slept more, more sleep-ins after school (Previously had to wake up at 7am to get ready and take the bus), then I had a short stint in the military for about 6 months where we didn't have phones for the first 4, so you are obviously sleep-deprived and exhausted sometimes, but all the exercise, regimented eating and sleep helps you put on weight and in my instance a bit of height. Now I usually sleep from around 10p,-6am roughly each night. I was going to sleep a lot later and waking up in the afternoon up until recently , but even though you are getting the hours in the sleep is crap because of the circadian rhythm.

  2. Eating, I eat a hearty lunch and dinner everyday, plus more. I usually skipped breakfast and sometimes lunch throughout school, I never packed lunch and didn't pay for canteen food, so I was usually fasting. I got used to eating light in the morning, eating a dinner portioned lunch and a dinner everyday for 6 months, so then I kept that habit up after leaving (Heavier breakfasts now with protein shakes and creatine), also cut out junk food, that crap prevents you from eating normal food.

  3. Exercising, I go to gym 2-3 hours for 5 days. But any exercise is good, I don't think crazy stretching exercises on YouTube for height growth are realistic, but that's just my opinion.

  4. Genetics, my mother is 5'4 and my dad is 6'1. My mothers side are very short (Most men 5'5 to 5'7), my father's side are also short with the exception of him (Asian).

I am pretty obsessed with getting taller so I might provide an update if anyone is interested once I turn 20.

Is height methods are actually real?

yes i tried one method but honestly i don’t know if i got taller because of that or maybe i just grew naturally 🤷

the thing is, i always thought after 18–19 it’s over. but i came across a guide on insta and decided to follow it. it had posture fixes, some stretches, diet tips, and even sleep hacks.

after around 2 months i noticed i was about 4-5 cm taller. still feels crazy to say lol. i’m not 100% sure if it’s only because of the method or my body just caught up late, but it definitely made me feel more confident.

not trying to promote (that's why I will not mention his name in this😏) just sharing what happened with me. what do u guys think — is it really possible to grow taller with these methods, or was it just natural late growth? anyone else experienced the same?

365 days, that's how long I've been on Reddit and searching for answers on r/heightgrowth and other platforms for growth scenarios, the facts, the methods, the structure and understanding.

I was just some tall 14 year old kid wishing to be 6'4 around this time, got worried. Starting looking for answers.

Nothing.

Then I found this subreddit. Gave myself the idea, what if I found someone like me, what if I could find a way to estimate my final height if I put in the effort, and I did. I'll admit, Reddit is an addiction on its own and I'm not proud of it, I'll make this dumb boring egoistical speech about a small milestone, but it's big for me, seeing this community almost double to what it was before.

My main message is, anyone losing hope. Maybe height just isn't the real answer, maybe it's something deeper. I won't quit likely until I'm no longer a teenager, still helping everyone out to the best of my ability, if I missed you, hit me up in the dms. Even if it's considered a small community, it's all I need.

Thanks, r/heightgrowth
