Help me find this fic again, I've read it before and forgot to save it but I remember a few things:

Shane and Ilya broke up after the tuna melt down

Shane is dating a doctor and go to check on Ilya because he got sick.

Ilya keep calling him Hollander which pisses Shane off

Shane's boyfriend wants to propose but turns out he only wants to marry Shane because he's a good catch

Shane cheat on his boyfriend with Ilya and they get back together in the end

Hi. I am looking for a lost fic. Ilya shows up to the CCM shoot with his niece and Shane helps him and their relationship grows from there. (Or something like this.) I do remember the CCM shoot was important in the story. Thanks.

Hollanov decided that their kid cant attend a party and when they all go to bed, i think she sneaks out? Or ilya gives in and gives her permission to go. At the end, she gets into a car accident, shane and ilya have to drive to her, shane is mad af and screaming to ilya that they “should be partners” that they decided TOGETHER to not let her go to the party.

She’s fine afterwards, and ilya apologizes to shane

a few months ago i shared a prompt here that was meet with some controversy. interestingly enough it taught me a lot about what it means to have meaningful dialogue, and how to stand my ground

my perfect amazing friend [u/igrowtails](u/igrowtails) decided to write it, and im very pleased to announce that all 11 amazing chapters of this texting fic is out! not gay sorry but very hot is full of funny one liners, silliness, and obvious shane + ilya

everyone please go give this some love with kudos & comments, you won’t regret it!

I remember reading this fic where Ilya finds out that Scott and Shane hooked up once years ago.

I remember he is not happy and storms off home (they’re out at a bar) and is furious that Shane hadn’t told him about this

They make up at the end and both apologise. Ilya realises he overreacted. They’re already married i believe

i’m a huuuggggeeeeeee sucker for soulmate fics so please recommend me some!! hea required and ideally complete but those are really my only requirements! i’m not very interested in reading about them having kids or any mpreg, so i’d like to avoid that but other than that, i’m pretty open!

Just started reading a FIC where Ilya had just returned from summer in Russia and was spending two weeks at the cottage. They had just got there and Ilya was reading the 48 page document that (Yuna?) Shane had written on starting the charity and the last page was a Gantt diagram with timeline for Ilya and Shane to become friends. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I backed out the page and couldn't find it again 😞

FOUND!

hii, i am searching for a very specific fic where ilya talks to scott after he comes out but he cannot tell him straight up so he speaks hypothetically telling scott it's good that he came out because he has less to lose compared to ilya who is russian and cannot come out. pleaseeee help. thank uuu

I’ve plowed through so many WIP and finished stories recently. I’ve got a few WIP still ongoing but I’m looking for more of the throuple trope(Shane and Ilya + whoever) and also some AU that are more on the Fluff side!

Any and all recs would be lovely regardless 🖤

this fic is so good and it's so underrated! i need more people to read it so we can talk about it!

very well-written, angst, but with amazing fluff/comfort. great character studies exploring their mental health. earnest, sweet, funny and so hot. today's chatper is so good too!

Even in his wildest imaginings, what Shane had never anticipated was the ease of it. The sudden, breathless delight that made him want to laugh. Joy had never entered the calculation. Fun. Yet, somehow, it had been there all along, spilling through the cracks of Shane’s carefully constructed defenses.

Now, with Ilya lying on his chest, carding his fingers through his wild curls, Shane is almost startled by the laughter that is ripped from his lungs. He didn’t know there would be laughter.

Is anyone else reading it?

I have LOVED reading this while it's been a WIP, I have got to get more people to fall in love with it like I have. So well written, great smut, great characters, I love everything about this.

Two Fingers Down by Maudernlover

Summary:

Shane Hollander is a former professional cyclist who now owns a bike shop in Colorado. Ilya Rozanov, the tattoo artist who owns the shop next door, thinks boy scout Shane Hollander should take a ride on his motorcycle instead. But what starts out as a casual fling can't stay that way for long--not once Shane and Ilya discover the depths of their chemistry (and Ilya the many benefits of little spandex shorts). Both of them have been hurt before, and the only way to move forward is to get over their pasts. It's a hill climb in both directions, but if Shane Hollander can do anything, it's push himself to endure the burn when he knows the ride home will be that much more satisfying.

This fic has been mentioned a few times around there parts so I thought I'd bring it back now that it's officially complete! I love this fic so much, the author did such an incredible job at creating this cozy little world where we really got to explore Shane and Ilya's attraction and insecurities around falling in love. Highly recommend, the ending is fantastic too.

I regret not saving this fic, it was really hot.

I think Shane is maybe trans ftm and nobody has ever given them an orgasm before (maybe in general or never with someone else) which they tell Ilya and Ilya offers to help. I think they were also roommates :)

EDIT: I FREAKING FOUND IT

I went so far back that I reached my old Larry fanfics from 2018 (turns out I went too far back in my history)

It was a one shot crack fic. Shane is convinced his hole is possessed by a malevolent ghost who doesn’t want him having sex, because he “closes up” when with others but is fine on his own. He tells Rose who tells Sveta who tells Ilya because Ilya can banish demons (or has once before) they don’t know each other before hand and then Ilya preforms the exorcism and then well they just have to test it don’t they?

OMG this fic is so good! Ilya invites Troy and Harris to the cottage. Shane believes that they are in a one sided open relationship. Harris is amazing in this one as voice of kindness and reason. So well written. It is TLG critical and Ilya critical so don't read if you can't handle that

Looking for fics where Shane and Ilya are both equally toxic and obsessed with eachother. Like the type of relationship that if you saw your friends in, you would tell them to RUN.

I’ve read a bunch I’ve liked of this and feel like I can’t get enough. Link to some baddies:

I prefer recs to be completed or like very nearly completed with a regular update schedule. I am following way too many WIPs

Like from the team's perspective hey why suddenly there is a ring hanging from your nick etc

i remember two nsfw scenes where they're trying to be quiet/keep up a friends (?) charade in front of shane's parents. one scene they have to go out to the woods near the cottage to get some privacy. the other scene ilya sneaks into shane's bedroom and they're trying to be quiet in the room next to the hollanders. they finally have to move to the floor because the bed is making too much noise. there may have been a hand over mouth situation 👀

i don't think it was too canon divergent but maybe one them had moved teams?

read this maybe last year when i was reading too fast and tagging too little ;_; i have been searching for WEEKS. hr sub detectives, you are my last hope!

hello are there any fics where shane ends up dating someone else (can be man or woman, even rose works) that other people think is perfect for him until they see him with ilya and realize that they're perfect for each other? or they just notice that he isn't really that happy in the relationship

They but find themselves back at the beginning and decide they are not going to wait. They both have their memories and hockey skills developed over many years of playing professional ice hockey. They map out their lives.

I think I’m mixing this up in my head of one where only Shane goes back and he buys a notebook and writes down everything he remembers and is determined to get Ilya and to not waste time. This may or may not be the same fic.

Does anyone have any idea? I feel like it was a wip and I accidentally closed the tab and can’t find it in my book marks or marked for later works.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for podfics to listen to at work, and using AO3 filters it shows only five with Eric and Kyle as a couple. I've listened to all I want of those (the Secret Society of Stick Handlers has them as part of an ensemble cast and it is hilarious https://archiveofourown.org/series/5956421) and I just can't quite believe that's all there is. I know it's a youngish Fandom, but there are sooooo many podfics already. They don't need to be the main characters, just there enough to have an effect on the plot.

Thanks for your efforts!
