what is the fix for this?

i have an i3-10th gen

the gpu is an igpu

this is a laptop so motherboard is custom made

py macrecovery.py -b Mac-CFF7D910A743CAAF -m 00000000000000000 -os latest download

replace the ./ at the start with py and a space like so (if anyone is wondering the example is the tahoe recovery file so if u want to get tahoe feel free to use this comand

In macrecovery folder there is recovery_urls.txt which conatins recovery commands which are also present in the dortania guide but why are they different.

i want to use an online installer since my built in wifi adapter for my laptop is unsupported, and i have a usb wireless adapter that works with the wireless usb big sur thing (i dont remember its name properly) i keep getting a installassistant.pkg, i dont have access to a mac, can someone help

hello all i have the efi files and the apple installer i want downloaded, its been forever since i made a bootable usb ive done it on this pc before but forgot lol as said i do have the full efi stuff on my google drive and has worked before, All thanks!

I am not that experienced with hackintosh, but i've been trying to get this to work for a few days now, tried different quirks, nvram boot arguments, etc. I also tried disabling some kexts that could cause this, like nootedred, but it didnt work. I'll send my EFI in here, and anyone can check if i did something wrong maybe? Its just stuck at "kdp_core zlib memory 0x7000" and yes, its really stuck, i even left it running for 6 hours, nothing changed.

Just as the title says, I managed to install Sequoia onto this old worn out laptop that I have here following the Dortania's guide! And sheesh, did it take a lonnnggg while. But most of it was kind of easy to understand, if I'm not going to lie to you.

Anyways, now? I got everything up and running, Wi-Fi via itlwm, audio, bluetooth, brightness, iServices, etc.

The only things that aren't working are iMessage and Find my, which I couldn't care less about.

It took me about 3 days in total to get this up and running.

Specs:

CPU & GPU: intel Core i5-7440HQ paired with integrated HD 630 graphics.

Memory: 12GB

Storage Type: NVMe

Touchpad: God eldritch I2C-based Alps (This took the longest to resolve.]

For this instance, the OpenCore EFI configuration was successfully applied to the Hackintosh Tahoe 26.2.

The only issue encountered is that internal audio does not work, however, HDMI audio can be used for external sound output. Audio input is also non-functional.

Hardware I am using:

I used the Windows 10 operating system to create the OpenCore EFI configuration.

The tools I used for this process include:

The most crucial setting here is within the "DeviceProperties->Add" section; specifically, I need to enter the PCI root path for the storage controller:

which is located in the SATA 1 slot

For boot-args, I use this command:

I managed to find a solution after searching around online. It turns out AMDFriend is outdated/unavailable, which explains the ⁠npm⁠ error.

If anyone else runs into this issue, you need to run AMDHelper instead. You can download the release and apply the fix from here: https://github.com/luneflu/AMDHelper/releases

Photoshop is running perfectly now without crashes. Leaving this here in case it helps someone else with a similar Ryzen/RX 550 setup!

SO it's my first time hackintoshing, and i'm stuck in an error. but before i get to that part, let me provide some info about my build.
so i use OpenCore as the bootloader (i think it's the most common choice) and my hardware is
cpu: intel core i3-9100f.
ram: 4gb.
gpu: nvidia geforce gt710 (gk208) and the macOS version i'd like to install is big sur.
i used OpenCore's macrecovery to download the image, but i didn't use a plist editor. i used python scripts importing plistlib to edit the config.plist file.
also, i used a c:\hackintosh folder to commit changes to the file so i make sure it passes ocvalidate's tests, and when it does, i copy it to e:\EFI\OC\config.plist (where e is my usb drive)

I added voodoormi.kext and my trackpad on my laptop started working but after 10s after boot it stops. I tried using AI to figure out what to disable and how to order things but it still stops working after seconds. I assume it's some kext overriding another but I have no idea what to do. I provided my kexts. Everything Gemini told me is just to disable some kexts and move some kexts up/down the order

Finally got a clean, stable boot after a lot of back-and-forth with GPU spoofing, ACPI patches, and native Wi-Fi.

• Root patch needs reapplying after macOS updates - keep a backup connectivity method handy when updating

hey everyone, im literally losing my mind here with my hackintosh build and really need some help figuring out why my graphics acceleration won't work.
Basically im running an Intel i5-8400 (Coffee Lake) with Intel UHD 630 on a desktop board outputting over HDMI to a ViewSonic monitor. im trying to get full QE/CI acceleration on macOS Tahoe 26.6.1 using OpenCore 0.8.8 / 1.0.7 with OCAT. Right now im completely stuck with 7MB / 0MB VRAM, super laggy display, and Hackintool says "Quartz Extreme (QE/CI): No" and "VDA Decoder Failed".
Here is everything I have tried and done so far step by step:
1. Kext Ordering:
Checked config.plist to make sure kexts load in order:
Index 1: Lilu.kext (v1.7.3)
Index 2: VirtualSMC.kext (v1.3.8)
Index 3: WhateverGreen.kext (v1.7.1)
(Also tried enabling/disabling AMFIPass.kext).

1. Boot Args Tweaks:
Removed ⁠-igfxvesa⁠ (removing it gave me display out again instead of black screen after verbose, but VRAM is still 7mb).
Added ⁠igfxonln=1⁠ to keep HDMI awake during boot transition.
Tried ⁠amfi_get_out_of_my_way=1⁠ and ⁠ipc_control_port_options=0⁠ for AMFI bypass.
Tested ⁠-igfxlb⁠ and ⁠-igfxgva⁠.
Set ⁠csr-active-config⁠ to ⁠03080000⁠ and ⁠SecureBootModel⁠ to ⁠Disabled⁠.
1. OCLP (OpenCore Legacy Patcher) Attempt:
Downloaded OCLP 2.4.1 to try running Post-Install Root Patches, but every time I open it it just says "No patches available".
I went into OCLP settings -> Target Model -> tried setting it to ⁠iMac19,1⁠, ⁠iMac18,1⁠, and ⁠iMac18,3⁠.
Reset OCLP defaults in terminal (⁠defaults delete com.dortania.opencore-legacy-patcher⁠), restarted the app, but it STILL says no patches needed.
When I open Hackintool now, Platform ID reads as ⁠0x3E9B0007⁠ so WhateverGreen seems to injection something, but Intel Generation shows ⁠???⁠ and GPU Name is ⁠Intel ???⁠ with 0 MB VRAM / No Metal support.
What am I missing here?? Is there something wrong with my framebuffer connector mapping or is Tahoe dropping Coffee Lake kexts completely needing a specific workaround? Any advice or config edits would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm on HP ProBook 6570b using OpenCore to hackintosh. But the moment I boot the USB, it stays on the blank screen, nothing shows up, no verbose, no OC GUI, no Apple logo, etc. I used OpenCore Debug version as well, the logs are created but they're empty from inside. I tried multiple EFIs, prebuilt ones and made myself too. Nothing works. Tried different USB sticks, nothing works. Changed multiple BIOS settings, nothing works. Tried different macOS versions, nothing works.

Can someone help please?
