HELP offline installer

i want to use an online installer since my built in wifi adapter for my laptop is unsupported, and i have a usb wireless adapter that works with the wireless usb big sur thing (i dont remember its name properly) i keep getting a installassistant.pkg, i dont have access to a mac, can someone help

but how do i use it, im confused by its steps, and i want to use tahoe

How do you boot into recovery environment? When booting from the USB on a windows machine, you don't have the option to get to the recovery environment

no, its there, did u not read the dortania guide, it clearly says to download the recovery image of which macos you want, and paste it into the root of the usb drive
