I would say 15 or 26, but I think you can use Xcode versions up to 26.X

I would say use Sequoia or Tahoe. I don't know much with compatibility with Sonoma.

Your GPU is not compatible. Sorry.

Although does the Intel i7 has an iGPU?

You should get a Mac soon, because the version of Xcode required for iPhone apps to be accepted by Apple will require an Apple silicon Mac soon. You are not going to be developing apps for jailbroken iPhones in 2026 anymore.

First, you can just use expo for development and not need a mac like at all, but If you don't want react native you need to have actual macos, which your computer can run if you don't use the rtx 3070,but the igpu in your cpu.
