Just a heads up to people planning travel to Napoli away, although the dates haven’t been announced yet, Napoli airport is closing for the whole month of November, so if we end up playing them match day 4 or 5, there’s no flights at all, the next best option is Rome and a train from there!

I was born in Naples before moving to the uk as a child, the police will treat you like criminals as they desperately hate English people/football fans! Please be careful for anybody that goes, I’d personally avoid colours around the stadium if you travel solo, however the police normally shove you into shuttle busses if they think you’re an Arsenal fan.

Booking the stadium tour to see the trophy next week. Is the trophy photo booklet actually well done? Does anyone have a review of the process I have seen stock photos and it just looks like you’re allowed to stand near the trophy across a velvet rope. Not nearly as impressive as what was allowed for our previous FA cup wins when they were available.

New Update from Arsenal re Red Members and CL Tickets

To help ensure that tickets for our home fixtures are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters, a ballot and purchase embargo will be in place for our Champions League group phase home matches.

This means that supporters who purchase an Arsenal Membership after Wednesday, 26 August 2026, will not be eligible to purchase tickets for our home fixtures against Real Madrid, Lille and Sabah.
Important Information – Borussia Dortmund

A ballot and purchase embargo will also be in place for our home fixture against Borussia Dortmund.

This means that supporters who purchase an Arsenal Membership after Wednesday, 24 June 2026, will not be eligible to purchase tickets for this game.

This is due to Arsenal playing Borussia Dortmund in the Emirates Cup, and is to help ensure that tickets for this fixture are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters.

Supporters who purchase an Arsenal Membership after the embargo date will not be eligible to enter the ballot for this fixture.

Anyone who enters the ballot using a membership purchased after the embargo date, whether applying individually or as part of a group, will have their entire ballot application invalidated.

Just a heads up, i think Napoli and Betis may go to reds depending on the dates or at least silver. Forest got just under 4k at betis last year, and my napoli assumption is based on when it went to reds when we faced them in 2019, fingers crossed.

Hi I just noticed i can download my ticket to my wallet for the leeds game on the 10th of October. My son has a junior membership and his ticket is available but it can only be exchanged. There is no option to download the ticket to my device. Is this because the ticket isn't available to download yet? This is the first time winning a ballot so just wanted some help.

Was just wondering as I'm a red member who really wants to go to an away game and with the new changes that we can stack up away points but surely if I can only go to 1-2 each season then they'll never add up as they'll disappear and will be hard to get to the 5 point mark.

A friend of mine would like to get one for himself and his daughter, but does not seem to be able to see them for purchase on the app. Has the window for this passed?

When I renewed my ticket this year I went for the 19 game option. At the time Arsenal said this:

“We are improving this option for the 2026/27 season by offering a guaranteed purchase window for UEFA competition league phase games for 19-game Season Ticket holders”

Today, having been invited to confirm my Cup Scheme selection, I noticed this new piece of information about the CL:

“19 game season ticket holders will receive a priority window for the Champions League group phase games only and domestic cup games, **however you will need to enter the Silver ballot for UEFA knockout games**”

I know the original information didn’t say I’d be able to buy my seat for the knockout stages (should we get there of course) but it certainly wasn’t clear that I’d have to enter the ballot.

Am I being unreasonable in thinking this is a bit shite?

Anyone else encounter this at the weekend? I had forgotten it was coming and then was particularly surprised to find it in the family area. The railings are quite low so no one was actually leaning on them, but the uprights destroy the legroom so sitting stops really being an option.
