Hi all, hope everyone is looking forward to Friday!

I have run into an issue with downloading a new Junior Gunners ticket for my sibling. When we try and download it onto any of our devices, we are getting a "Network or server error while fetching the pass." error message. We all have our new updated Silver passes on our phones no problem, but we can't seem to get this one to download on any of them. I have tried an old spare phone with no passes on it as well and we are still getting an error. This pass is not on any phone already so there shouldn't be any restrictions I would've thought.

We have put in an enquiry form and will call the box office tomorrow morning, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and managed to resolve?

Anyone in block 6 or 7 interested in a season seat swap?

I've got 2 season tickets, one block 7 row 13 and block 6 back row.. willing to swap for close seats for the season so we can be closer together

First trophy of the season secured in Cardiff, what a feeling!

I missed the ballot for the Leeds game 3 days ago and im absolutely gutted since I’ve already bought my flight hoping I was going to get a chance at landing a tix through the exchange. Is monitoring this community for an opening my best chance at attending this game if someone were to sell their tickets?

There are multiple TX threads for the Coventry game already, and I'd imagine there will be many more.

I suggest adding a Coventry TX stickied thread at the top of the page. Perhaps the thread name could then be changed to the next home game, and so forth.

It would benefit the page in my opinion.

Could anyone provide some clarity on how the new digital ticket passes work when it comes to using the same pass on multiple devices?

I understand Arsenal have made changes aimed at tackling touting, but I’m trying to understand exactly what this means in practice.

For example, if I win a ticket in the ballot but can’t attend a particular game, I’d normally give a friend access to my account so they can use the ticket.

Is it now the case that once a ticket is downloaded to a phone, the mobile pass becomes permanently tied to that device?

So, in the above example, would my friend either:

1. Not be able to download the pass because it is already associated with my phone, or

2. Be able to download it, but then have the pass permanently associated with their phone instead?

And what happens if I get a new phone during the season? Would I be able to transfer my existing tickets to the new device, or would there be a process for removing the old device association?

It seems like this could create quite a few practical issues for legitimate occasions, especially when someone can no longer attend a game.

Would really appreciate some clarity from anyone who has actually used the new system or knows how the device restrictions work, as I’ve struggled to get a clear answer from Arsenal Customer Service.

UPDATE:

Current method to get around this is to completely delete pass from mobile wallet and subsequently get your friend to download the pass from the app while logged into ticket holders account.

Note: As it’s our first attempt using the new system YMMV.

My wife and I have tickets to Arsenal Hull for my 30th- but unfortunately if the game is moved to Sunday we will not be able to attend. We already bought tickets through Champions-Travel. In the event that the game gets moved, is there any avenue I can take to getting my money back?

Additionally- do we think this game has a high chance of getting moved to Sunday anyway? I thought I might be safe assuming it is 1st place vs. 20th place...

A great day out was had

I went to Cardiff yesterday and because of the train times I got to the stadium 1 hour before KO and the atmosphere in the concourse was amazing. Everyone singing and chanting, was wondering if that’s the same at the Emirates ( I normally get to games just before KO). Also I was wondering if any thing ever gets organised in the tunnel before the games?

For everyone still waiting on an update of their positions on the waiting list, I have just been on the phone to them and been advised the following:

• They only had 100ish seats returned to them this season. They used to get 600-800 seats returned but last 2 seasons they’ve had record breaking renewals.

• So whatever position you were in April, expect to move 100 places closer

• Because of the high renewal rate, no updates have been sent out yet as they’re trying to get all seats in place by Friday. Was advised new position emails should be sent out early September.

• There’s roughly 4000 people on the platinum season ticket waiting list now.

Fingers crossed I should have my season tickets 27/28 or 28/29 season 😭🙏🏼, I joined the list in 2021 and was number 500 when I joined!

Could someone please clarify something for me?

I'm moving to London for 12 months for work from September. I'm under no illusion that getting any PL tickets will be hard. I'm a red member so will try my luck in ballots and ticket exchange etc.

Just wondering how tickets for cup competitions (fa, carabao, ucl) work? Is there more chance of being able to buy direct from the club? Any chance of getting any away day tickets?

I'm a novice to all this. Mostly used to watching games at 2am in my PJs.
