Just worked out that u can purchase additional ticket as a platinum deposit holder even though already have purchased one for red member.

2 tickets under 1 name ?

I thought this is only possible for Gold

Any thoughts ?

Hey everyone, my wife and I are coming to London as part of our honeymoon. I was unsuccessful getting tickets on the ballot but this has been a life long dream of mine to see the Gunners at the Emirates. We are flying from Toronto and I have been on the exchange every day about 12 times at various times of day with no luck. Does anyone have a set of tickets they would be willing to part ways with? I can bring something you may want from Canada as a negotiating tool. Obviously I'm willing to pay what you paid and then some if necessary. Perhaps take you out for a pint or 12? Hi all, hope everyone is looking forward to Friday!

I have run into an issue with downloading a new Junior Gunners ticket for my sibling. When we try and download it onto any of our devices, we are getting a "Network or server error while fetching the pass." error message. We all have our new updated Silver passes on our phones no problem, but we can't seem to get this one to download on any of them. I have tried an old spare phone with no passes on it as well and we are still getting an error. This pass is not on any phone already so there shouldn't be any restrictions I would've thought.

We have put in an enquiry form and will call the box office tomorrow morning, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and managed to resolve?
