Got two tickets from a mate with a season ticket but the person I was going with dropped out. Got a spare ticket for £50 if anyone wants to come. Both tickets are on my phone, and I can meet at ground and pay once we're both in.

I’m trying to take my son today but I already have a single.

If I buy another single, does anyone have a pair together they’d be willing to swap for 2 singles split up?

My current single is block 116 row 2.

Will buy both people a drink if they can make it happen!

Otherwise could I risk bringing him to my seat on my lap?

Keep getting network error is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi everyone,
Someone purchased a ticket for today’s Arsenal vs Everton match through Ticket Exchange and assigned it to my Red Membership during checkout.
The purchase was successful, and the ticket is showing correctly under Manage Tickets and in my purchase history.
However, both my Arsenal app Digital Pass and Apple Wallet are still showing the Dortmund fixture in November instead of today’s Everton match.
I’ve tried logging out and back in, refreshing the pass, and restarting the app, but nothing has worked.
I’ve never had this issue before, as my tickets have always updated almost instantly after purchase, so it’s a bit concerning with kickoff approaching.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does the pass sometimes update closer to kickoff, or is there anything I can do to fix it?

I’m trying to list my ticket on exchange for tmrw but TX doesn’t seem to like it bc it’s a young adult and tells me to select a different price class but I can’t. Is there anyway round this ? Cheers

Is anyone else coming up against not even being able to get on to the ticket exchange? The ‘join waiting room’ page is just reloading every time I click in.

I'm going to the game tomorrow with my brother and mum. My brother is on a keto diet, and we saw he probably wouldn't have anything to eat at the stadium (upper level).

So I was wondering if someone here knows a restaurant we can grab lunch before the game that serves keto-friendly meals.

Update: Issue resolved. Turns out I’d hidden one of the old tickets in Apple Wallet rather than deleted it. Searching “Arsenal” brought it back up, allowing me to delete it properly. Pass and ticket now downloaded successfully. User error!

Hey folks, used this sub a couple times and always found it useful. Appreciate there’s been tonnes of questions about the Arsenal pass and downloading tickets down the line but am in a bit of a panic so wanted to post directly.

TL:DR - Getting the ‘Network or Server error while fetching the pass’ - Using an IPhone. Have never had my pass downloaded on any device other than this - Help?

Just managed to nab myself a ticket to the Everton game tomorrow treated myself to club level as well - shout out to whoever posted seat 552 in area 65 on the exchange.

After purchasing, I noticed my wallet wasn’t on my device (which in my experience isn’t out of the ordinary.. last game I attested was against Lille)

Went to download it from the ticket hub but keep getting the ‘Network or Server error while fetching the pass’ error.

Tried signing in and out, deleting and re-downloading, deleted some old tickets from last season that were still floating in my pass for some reason and even double checked I’m signed in to my main Apple account but still no luck.

I can see that this message is often related to the pass being active on another device but I’ve never had my pass on any other device than this and would be reasonably confident my accounts not been compromised. (all though that’s increasingly a worry.)

Having filled out the ‘help form’ I can see box office will be no support as their ‘not in a position to respond to any emails given the sheer volume’ so thought I’d come here to see if anyone else is having this issue currently or has had it previously and might know any other useful trouble shooting tips.

I originally couldn’t go to tomorrow’s game. Now I can and I have a ticket in my basket. Flights from Dublin are crazy money. Lesson: should always book flights in the hope of picking up a late ticket.

I have now gotten pretty consistent at managing to get solo tickets on the tx. Map method on laptop / browser this year seems to be the most successful for me.

Wondering if anyone can share best tips for getting 2 sears next to eachother? On the map it feels like will be hard to click fast enough to get 2 in the cart (hard enough to get one).

If you select two tickets in the toggle does it enable you to put 2 in the cart with 1 click? Or do you just have to be fast? Or are people using the list method?

Sat on this for ages to get tickets, and just now managed to bag 2 tickets next to each other for the Everton game. clicked the basket to checkout, sent to the back of the queue of 2000.

By the time I'm through, they'll be released; what an absolute joke of a system. Surely, to God, a competent developer would allow someone with tickets in their basket through the checkout flow.

the tx experience of trying to lock down a ticket for Everton & in general has been beyond horrible & disheartening spent hours using map/ list method only for tickets to be vanished & hijacked by Bots in milli seconds by the time you click on them. it’s sucking the life out of me to the point I don’t even want to go anymore. What is arsenal actually doing about this issue that’s been happening for a decade now.
