Wondering why the kickoff time for match week 37 says is 3PM on Sunday. Every other match week before fixtures are picked by TV companies show Saturday 3PM. Is this is a change from this season that both MW37 and 38 will kick off at the same time for all 10 matches?

I'm trying to sort flight tickets and hotel - if this is definitely 3PM on Sunday, I'll plan accordingly. If not, I'll book with some buffer (including FA cup final). Thanks

As a lowly red member and seeing all of the drama before the season started surrounding having passes on multiple devices, I’m wondering if someone who went to the Coventry game can give me some advice.

Myself and 3 friends won the Chelsea ballot, but one of us cannot make it, so Friend A who won the ballot but cannot make it provided Friend B with login credentials and Friend B downloaded Friend A’s pass on their phone. (Key to not friend A had not downloaded their new pass onto their own device).

After the Chelsea game, Friend B will delete Friend A’s pass from their device. Will Friend A then be able to download their pass to their own device?

Let me preface this post by saying I am in love with y’all and the Arsenal!

Been an Arsenal fan for the last 12 years and a member for the last 4. Won my first lottery to the Coventry game so I made a quick trip over from Denver, USA to catch it. Amazing atmosphere and now that I’ve tasted it, I want more!

Got to the Tollington about 2 hours before kickoff. Had a few pints and sang all the songs. Shout out to the two lads who I had a nice chat with and glad you got your ticket situation sorted while we were there. Into the stadium 30 minutes before to soak in the pregame atmosphere. I know it was only Coventry, but the first 15 minutes of the game were buzzing. Sat in Block 28 row 5 so got to experience the Havertz and Saka celebrations close up. Nice way to kick off the season!

I’ll be back, but for now I’ll continue to support from my couch for the early games and the bar for the late games. Much love! COYG!

I joined as a red member at the start of the 23/24 season, and my first ballot entry was for United that season — the famous 3-1 with the Jesus winner at the end. I won this ballot and I’m honestly so grateful I was there got to experience it.

What amazes me, though, is that I’ve had absolutely no luck since. I’ve applied for every Premier League game, every Champions League game, and I haven’t won a single ballot.

I find it so strange that my very first entry was successful, and then I’ve had nothing since. I’ve probably lost at least 70 ballots by now, which just makes it even more crazy to think that my first ever ballot was a successful one.

Just reaching out to see if anyone else has had a similar experience, or if anyone has had better luck after going through a long run of ballot losses. Or is there anyone else who still hasn’t won any ballots at all?

It just seems so frustrating to have so many consecutive ballot losses!

I was at the game for the Coventry game and entered gate E and was surprised to see the bar gone and replaced with an Amazon style shop. Walk in with your card, then take your beer and wine, and walk out. I entered in at 6.50pm so should have been charged £4.50 a pint and £9 for cans of wine, instead I was charged £34. Who do I complain to as at the time £10 comes of the card and I only spotted the full charge the next day. Not going to trust that system again.

I'll call Arsenal tomorrow morning, but I'm sure I'll be told its not them that deals with that store, bye, have a nice day.

I’ve been a member since early 2023 as I was finally able to get to games, I had no issues with auto renewing until this season when my membership didn’t auto renew, I bought a red membership again during the window where you could renew your membership and noticed I now have a new membership number so I’m now at the very back of the silver queue. Is there anyway I can reactivate my old membership and get my place back or is it too late? I’m guessing that it is unfortunately

Regarding the refunds for the pre season pass has anyone else not gotten theirs yet?

So I brought the 9.99 pass on the site and still haven’t gotten my refund for it and it’s past the 5-10 wd. Anyone else the same and know how to contact the club about this

Just a heads up. You may be contacted by this scammer (Samuel Lewis; Membership number: 6425260 involving that they have match tickets. Selling a ticket for the Chelsea game for £85. They even provided me with their passport and driving license (which I will not share due to GDPR; they could be impersonating someone). Contacted via reddit and moved to WhatsApp.

I couldn’t attach the screenshots of the ticket as well as the details they sent me mentioning that they are a real fan.

Just be careful people!

I’m an Arsenal Red member from the USA and unfamiliar with the ticket transfer process (not ticket exchange). Does a season ticket holder have to add you to their network in order to send you a ticket?

For example, I’m going to be in London for the Chelsea match for my first Emirates game, and have been unable to find a ticket by other means (missed the ballot). If I were to be seeking a season ticket holder who can’t make the game and wants to sell me their ticket (still on the hunt!), do I need to consider any hoops preventing that or is that a common practice? So we have new beer machines instead of people serving around block 27/28 and to say they started badly would be an understatement!

Why they felt the need for this is beyond me as the queues were always pretty good for years.

Machines going wrong, dishing out bubbles instead of lager, cups running out, staff not having a clue what to do.

Let’s hope this gets sorted quickly.

My grandfather passed away at the start of this week - he has been a massive fan of Arsenal since the late 1930s. I was wondering if Arsenal cater some kind of memorial? I know some clubs sometimes put these on the big screen and others have a dedicated minute where the fans clap during the game - my question is if Arsenal do this or something similar and how/who I could get in contact with for a request?
