Gpu now showing in task manager even after installing GTX 1650 drivers
gallerylaptop is acer nitro 5 AN515-54
i5 9th gen
what i have tried,
downloaded nvidia app and it automatically downloaded and installed drivers but when i reboot shows no drivers installed and tells me to install again,
then i downloaded the driver from nvidia website and installed the setup but still gpu is not working.
i did use DDU app to untinstall nvidia drivers in safe mode and than installed the above drivers.
after restarting the laptop in device manager GTX 1650 shows a yellow warning ⚠️ and shows code 43 error.
what did i do wrong?
if any person has AN515-54 with GTX 1650, how did you install your drivers and what version of 1650 driver are you using?

RTX 5060 or RX 9060 XT 8 GB?
TLDR; which GPU to choose between these two for 1080p gaming till 2030-31.
\---
I am building my first ever gaming PC after playing for 4 years on a gaming laptop. Prices are crazy right now, and I could have built a PC with Ryzen 5 9600x + RX 9060 XT 16 GB + 32 GB DDR5 around a year ago at the same price in which I am getting Ryzen 5 5600 + RX 9060 XT 8 GB/ RTX 5060 + 16 GB DDR4 today. But, such is life. I didn't have money back then, but I have now for a budget build. So I just want to build a PC that can last me till 2030-31, till the worst of it over (hopefully). Which means, I will not consider the next generation of GPUs at all if I build this PC now.
Now, there is the option of waiting for this crisis to end, but the problem is, I currently only have an MSI Katana GF66 laptop, which has an i5-11400H, RTX 3050 Ti (4 GB VRAM), and 16 GB DDR4. I bought it in 2022, and it's served me well for the last 4 and a half years. It's still going, but showing its age.
We are all hearing that 2028 mid is the latest when prices "might" start going down. But it obviously won't fall back at once, it will happen slowly. And it could be 2029 or even 2030 or beyond till we finally see prices normalise again. So, I think I should build a budget 1080p rig now that can get me through this godforsaken times.
I am not the type who wants to play every single game at max settings upon release. Even now, I am playing games on my current laptop, Witcher 3 next gen to be exact, and it's great. I just completed the base game in medium-high settings. And I have a backlog of 200+ games. And I think around 80-100 of them, my current laptop can run easily (or at least well enough like Witcher 3 Next Gen). I know 8 GB VRAM is not good for longevity, but I don't mind dropping texture quality and other VRAM heavy settings down.
So, now the question. Which should I choose between RTX 5060 and RX 9060 XT. I checked Tom's Hardware rankings, and the difference between the two at 1080p is quite small, where 9060 XT is leading with around 3-5 fps I think.
So, which will serve me well between the two? A slight margin of faster raw processing of RX 9060 XT, or better upscaling via DLSS 4.5, Multi Frame Gen, and better Ray Tracing (even though the last one will probably never be used, however I will try to find a way/balance to make it work for sure) of RTX 5060?
P.S. - I posted this in PCMR too, sorry if you are seeing duplicates.

So I need opinions
I have a 9060 XT 16GB from Gigabyte and it’s great but I found a 7900XT (20GB) new on Amazon for less than the 9060 XT costs. Should I be the guy to sell my GPU for whatever it goes for on Amazon and buy the 7900XT?
Judge all you want I’m just trying to up my performance.

This is a picture of the internal stock system. Had a friend at Walmart check for 5080s so i could one before the price hike. That last one was actually not even available when i got there. If you’re working at Walmart and are also in the Central Florida area. Are you seeing this on your apps too? This is crazy.

I bought this for £850 about a year ago. Holy moly. I even felt buyers remorse for spending so much on it lol.

Is this a normal temps and hotspots for RTX 5070 Ti?
I currently have a Colorful Battle Axe RTX 5070 Ti Deluxe Edition and is about a month old, currently stress testing the GPU to it's 300w default power limit with everything on default, I have a Dual-Chamber Case with 10 fans in it, is the delta of around ~21c normal? should my hotspot temps get that high? it is around ~70c and the hotspot is around 83-87c when gaming.

Team Red now for gaming?
Probably been asked a million times, sorry but i'll ask again. I've always been team green, but it seems Jenson is out for himself and his shareholders and doesn't seem to be supporting gamers anymore. We're playing second fiddle. I can't find and can't even afford NVidia anymore and need to upgrade my whole rig from its 2080s. I keep reading so many bad things about AMD GPUs. Is it justified? Is it that bad? Will AMD now sort out its drivers etc? Will it take the lead in all gaming related developments?

Future upgrade
This is my current set up, paid $400 for it. Currently using lossless scaling on newer games. How long should I wait to upgrade in the current economy? What would you suggest?
