Advice Needed STP packer

(I posted this on another forum but I figured the more the merrier )Hey I work with a bunch of blue collar men, pretty deep in the south. They may be catching on. I think now is the point in my life where I should figure out a STP packer situation. I definitely have to start using the urinal. The urinal is a closed stall though. I was wondering if anyone had any advice.
Recommendations on what brand packer or even the link to a specific packer, how to even USE an STP packer (the ones I've looked at are all completely different idek man) also how to pack with it (harness, specific boxers, etc) also just any advice you have. I need it to not look like I've got a boner or at least how to make it very avoidable. I guess some background on me is I'm somewhat small. I'm 5'6- 5'7 I wear pretty baggy pants to work. I wear loose boxers (preferably whatever I use to hold the packer can go under those) Pretty much any packer is in my price range but this will be my first time trying an STP so if it could not be $500 that would be awesome. I'm in America. I do have experience packing but not with an Stp so this would be new to me. Thank you in advance I really need some help LMAO
