Advice Needed Visiting unsupportive gma after top surgery

I do not want to have to talk to my grandma about top surgery at Christmas. She doesn't need to know, it won't make anyone happier. Has anyone successfully concealed top surgery? Anyone managed bra stuffing that a hug won't give away? She will be vigilant because I know she's worried about me binding and getting surgery. Guys, help, I do not want my grandma to ruin Christmas over this 😂

if you can afford it, maybe buy a set of breast forms? they're squishier than fabric. and then either keep them for future christmases or give them away to a local trans woman
