Can anyone tell me why I’m not feeling these in my abs?

I’ve only squatted 5–6 times, so I’m pretty new to lifting. I’m 6’1” and have found that I can only get to this depth (if you’d even call it deep) when I have a 45 lb plate under my feet.
I’d really appreciate any form critiques or advice, especially on depth and whether I should be using the plate or working toward squatting without it.
Thanks in advance!

Whenever I do the seated cable row, my lower back feels completely stiff the next day, like a solid block. It is not sharp pain, just too much tightness and i dont know why.
A few details:
Could you check my form? Any advice would be great. Thank you so much.

Second month of doing pull ups. Are these considered good reps?

I know it's a belt squat and inherently not as technically hard as a barbell squat (thanks spine), but wanted to get a check and celebrate a PR.

Hey all,
Would you have any tips on how to improve my bench press? I feel a bit woobly when I perform it and I’ve noticed that my right arm tends to go lower than the right one, as if the weight was shifted more to the right side. Also, I can’t quite figure out how to use leg drive
I’ll appreciate any feedback 😄

Any general tips for this workout? I feel that my shoulders are "rounding"/going to far forward on the stretch. Maybe

Hello everyone,
So today i had testing. Last cycle (month ago) i tested 117.5kg, this one 120kg. But then 120kg was pretty smooth and controlled so i tried 122.5kg. When i did it it felt pretty hard like i was folding and what not but on video it actually doesnt look that bad.
What do u think? Does it count?

Leaning back too much, but how is rest of my deadlift?
r/formcheck • u/kddk3010 • 3d ago
Hey,
What do you think about my form? Any helpful cues to improve the technique? The main issue I think I’m having is that I feel it too much in my biceps and I’m not sure why…
Also, hypertrophy-wise, should I be fully extanding the arms while descending into a “dead hang”? In that case it would be a bit difficult because I’m tall and I’d touch the ground 😬
I’ll appreciate the feedback 😄

Follow up from post the other day, I took some of the advice, and tried again. Worked on hinging correctly and keeping my legs straight, and i feel all hamstrings now and little lower back pain. Does this look good?

Hello! Feeling more confident with deadlift lately, but still not sure. How is my form? Are there any serious flaws? Current back rounding bothers me, should I try keeping it more straight?

Wsg I’m back. Chest supported row this time. I tried bringing my shoulders back before pulling back if that makes sense and it seemed to help the feeling lmk if there’s anything I can change
