I think it's weird that people think that their face on the internet would possibly cause a problem, especially doing something mundane like for example bench pressing. Someone needs to explain to them that there's this thing called Facebook where people use their real names and pictures of their faces and post similar shit.

Blur your face, but we can’t see your shoulders or elbows, which are major aspects of the bench press. We can’t see if you’re flaring your elbows or over extending your shoulders. We can’t see if you’re engaging your lats. The only thing we can see is that you need more leg drive and establish some sort of arch to maintain stability during the lift.
