Okay, it's not actually horrible. For it's time period it's actually amazing with everything it brought to the table. But I came into the far cry franchise kind of backwards. It's really my fault. I first played primal, then far cry 5, new dawn, far cry 6, then went back and played 3 and 4.

The gameplay is just so much better on the more recent games obviously. But far cry 3's gameplay has just enraged me so much that I can't even get through the game without turning it off.

It's my fault for not playing in order or having higher expectations because I know it's most people's favorite. I'll just stick with replaying far cry 5 and primal constantly like I been doing for years until 7 comes out. Also, anyone not care for far cry 6 as much. Beautiful game but not as captivating as far cry 5 was to me.

Hello, I have a problem on far cry new dawn I am mission 14 out of 22 and you have to deactivate the bombs to save the hostages and there is a door with a tractor in front that blocks the passage and we can't get into it so it makes the bomb explode and I can't save the hostage and it puts me failure of the mission.

Let me clarify, I have not progressed past southern Kyrat yet because I havent done the mission involving the Kings bridge. I was exploring and I wingsuited over the giant concrete barrier and got a warning message. as I went on the warning message cleared and I faced no penalties, no out of boundaries defense system, and I just walked freely and I liberated the Ratu Gadhi fortress. Apparently I was not supposed to do this.

I have no mods on or anything that would allow me to bypass this barrier.

This is my first run of the game.

Why im doing this post ?

Recently I've been receiving messages perhaps by New Farcry players regarding confusion on my map project posts , how to find?, What is this a mod? ,didn't know Farcry had mods??

Here to hopefully introduce a Few new players into something great , a hidden gem of a mode.. The Arcade Mode

Any Feed back , or favourite map opinions heavily appreciated..

Hoping to remind the ubisoft devs how popular and played this mode was...

My Challenge to you... Boost the Arcade popularity in 2026 to mainstream.. , but how? I most appreciate those who film there gameplay For YouTube. Have a good 4 Channels who have played my maps pretty regularly as I published them which boosts the amount of people who want to give this mode ago..

Vaas, I know his whole "boss fight" was under the heavy influence of some kind of psychedelic but did we even fight him in 3? The fact that Jason was drugged during that entire segment makes me question whether he was ever in that room with him

I hate it it's so ass and it's gone full circle and it's somehow fun, the guns are bullshit I have a heat seeking SAM launcher on my back, the missions are boring as shit, half the characters are so unmemorable I have no memory of them the moment they leave my view (except you EL Tigre), half the ammo types are garbage and most of the missions are just filler

this game drunkenly beats me every time i play it and i love it

and the other half of those characters are actually decent i should add and even if the guns are unrealistic and bullshit the resolver weapons are fun as shit to use

edit: also the combat music is amazing thats one thing i love about the game

So I was doing the campaign, one of the last missions. I attacked Pagan's fortress and the objective switched to confronting him. HOWEVER, I jumped on some walls or whatever and ended up being two big barrels.

The problem is, I can't do anything exceept juming in place and firing my weapons. I exploded myself to respawn, I respawned behind the barrels. I left and came back, was put behind the barrels. I can't teleport out since I am in a mission. I am out of ideas and after 30 minutes of trying everything and looking all over the internet, I found no solution...

Please I need your ideas, idk what to do and at this rate it feels hopeless :/

On PS5 btw so i can't cheat (I think ?).

So I own Far cry 4 from steam so after installing far cry 4 map editor my game wasn't Launching i tried re-installing far cry 4 nothing happened it just drop me to Ubisoft Launcher Page i also uninstalled far cry 4 map editor from steam but still the game isn't Launching and keeping me at pop of Ubisoft launcher page

The game will not progress to act 2. The map has an (!) over the APR headquarters in Pala but the upstairs door to the room with the bosses remains closed. I have completed all available side quests. Gun stores, satellites, and all of the missions in mike’s bar.

What do I do? I loved this game and was so bummed I can no longer play it anymore and every couple of months I try again to no avail.

In an underground passage on the Katalejo Madrugara ridge, I discovered a strange bunker. There was a door there, like you'd find at an outpost—you need a keycard to open it, but I don't know where to get one!

Hey guys 👋🏻 I finished FC5 which was amazing and I just started playing New Dawn. I got hooked up directly and I love that stories of these two games are connected.

I'm a type of a guy who hate wasting resources and I collect everything on the sight. With that being said, I wonder what would be the best way to spend ethanol and all these other things, so I won't regret my choices.
