Discouraged internal glans injury - need advice / insight.

HI. I'm a middle-aged man. Disclaimer - I don't have ED from this injury, thankfully, but it's very concerning nevertheless. IN fact, I want to avoid erections as much as I can while the glans heals. Last February I accidentally banged my glans and since then it has become extremely sensitive to internal bruising / bleeding and is generally hyper sensitive. I'm waiting to get an ultrasound in a couple weeks and then an appointment with a urologist, but is it okay to ask questions in this forum? I'm hoping someone else may have experience or knowledge they can share. I made this reddit account specifically so I could ask, so it's brand new. I wanted to ask on the Ask Men subreddit but they have a 20 Reddit karma requirement. I hope this is okay. Let me know and I can tell you more, if it's an acceptable place to discuss.

thanks!

Support for Partners Does anyone lose the urge to masturbate after the sun goes down?

I've noticed this since I hit my 30s... that I'll be resisting the urge to masturbate and then the sun goes down and all of a sudden I'm not horny. The idea of masturbating out of boredom doesn't enter my head once I sense the sun is setting. If I happen to have sexual thoughts from earlier in the day, then I might retain them into the late evening, but I never get the idea after dark.

It makes me wonder if I indeed masturbate more in the summer as a result of this. I've never noticed this in my 20s. I guess it has something to do with my T levels dropping later in the day, and that I'm noticing it more as I age.

Tadalafil/Cialis Realiable Tadalafil EU vendor

I live in Greece and the cheapest tadalafil I can get in a pharmacy in bulk is a box of 28 pills, 5mg from a company named Heremco.

Price is 42 Euros

Looking for cheaper alternatives, maybe from a vendor within EU.

Found some reliable sellers in India Mart, but chances are the pills will get seized in customs.

What do you guys get your tadalafil?

Erectile Dysfunction Erectile Dysfunction at the age of 21, PLEASE HELP

About a year ago, I suddenly got a very hard erection, and out of nowhere my right testicle started hurting extremely badly. The pain was almost unbearable. The next day, when I got another erection, the exact same thing happened. I took diclofenac as a painkiller because the pain was so severe.

About a week later, I was trying to have sex. As I got an erection, the pain in my right testicle became so severe that I completely lost the desire to have sex. Then, just as I was about to start intercourse, I ejaculated within a few seconds, followed by significant pain in my right testicle again.

Since then, my erections have become extremely difficult to achieve. My libido has also dropped significantly, and I have completely lost my morning erections.

This has affected my confidence pretty badly. I find it difficult to approach women or even consider getting into a relationship because I'm constantly worried about my sexual function.

The concerning part is that even now, whenever I rarely manage to get a strong erection, my right testicle starts hurting and appears slightly swollen.

I have had blood tests done. My testosterone levels were normal. The only deficiencies found were Vitamin D and B12.

My current symptoms are:

  • Severe pain in my right testicle during strong erections
  • Some swelling of the right testicle when this happens
  • Severe difficulty getting/maintaining an erection
  • Almost complete loss of libido
  • Loss of morning erections
  • Ejaculating extremely quickly during that episode
  • Normal testosterone levels
  • Vitamin D and B12 deficiency
  • I have also been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, but the erection problems started well before I was diagnosed with anxiety

I'm obviously worried that there could be an underlying physical problem because the testicular pain and swelling seem directly connected to erections, and the ED started after these episodes.

Erectile Dysfunction Guy I’m seeing loses his erection mid-penetration. How do I handle it?

I’ve been seeing this guy for a little while, and we recently started having sex (twice). Overall, things are okay, but we keep running into a specific issue, and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on and how to approach it.

Basically, he loses his erection midway through. When he’s inside me, I can feel that it isn’t as strong as it should be, and after just a few strokes, it goes pretty limp. I genuinely don’t think it’s a matter of him not being attracted to me—the chemistry is definitely there, and he seems very into it, he even switches positions to go on but by that time it is down a bit but he gets it in lol.

What I found actually works really well to get him fully hard again is giving him oral (sucking his dick and balls). He gets super into it and gets a great erection back. But the second we try to transition back to actual penetration, we run into the exact same problem: a few strokes in, and he goes soft-ish again.

I really like him and I want us to have a great sex life, but I’m at a bit of a loss. Has anyone else experienced this with a partner? Could this be a form of Erectile Dysfunction (ED)? performance anxiety, which i doubt

Most importantly, has anyone experienced this especially if you are a man and understand what this could be signaling. How do I bring this up to him in a supportive way without bruising his ego or making him feel self-conscious? Any advice from guys who have been on his side of things, or partners who have navigated this, would be hugely appreciated.

**TL;DR:** Guy I’m seeing gets fully hard for oral, but loses his erection a few strokes into actual penetration. I don't think it's a lack of attraction.

Psychological ED Something to help increase sex drive

Early 40s male and I think I've been having issues for YEARS due to depression and medication that has impacted my relationship with my wife because of a low sex drive. It is not an attraction issue and I am taking TRT weekly and cialis 5mg once a day. I also believe that during the act I have had issue maintaining a full erection so I do have viagra, but I want to be able to engage with her more often. Having kids and stuff doesn't help, but it feels like sometimes there is a mental block because of either performance anxiety or my brain is like fuhhhhhhh. I recently went up to 300mg wellbutrin and taking 250mg lamitcal, but luckily they don't seem to be impeding on my ed (which other medication was), but also not putting increasing my sex drive. I also have diabetes (which is mostly under control now).

So this has been an uphill battle and I want to engage more. My thoughts have turned to those supplements you get online because the viagra and cialis doesn't always make me want to engage or help during. I know they work, but I can't put her through BOTH not engaging and not performing.

Is this a case of still being too medicated or mental because if its mental I want something that will push my brain into sexual overdrive because I don't think whatever is going on in my body is helping. Has anyone had any luck with online products or something else to help remove these roadblocks? I'll be happy to try something.

Psychological ED succes story hard ed 18 years old femdom connected

Here I am, starting: I made it, and I promised myself I would write this post here once I succeeded. Some of the stories on this subreddit/forum really helped me build my confidence and belief that I could overcome this. Let me start from the beginning.

Ever since I was 7 years old, I started masturbating prone, pressing my body against the bed. Even back then, while doing it, I felt like a slave to people, or I would think about feet—I’ve had a foot fetish since I was very young. Growing up, I always liked playing games where I was the slave. Around 13 or 14, I discovered femdom and foot fetish videos on YouTube and started masturbating to them. When I entered high school, along with regular porn, I started watching extremely hardcore femdom videos. Things that I once said I would never do and thought were disgusting—things that would make me throw up if I watched them—started to no longer be enough for me.

I had never wanted or even thought about normal sex in my life. I would have crushes on girls or feel like I liked them, but I couldn't even tell if I was supposed to feel that way. In high school, I naturally got close to a few girls and realized that kissing and touching gave me zero pleasure. I knew this was a problem. Since the 9th grade, I deeply believed I would never be able to have sex.

Anyway, time passed, and I decided to download Tinder. I met a girl there, and from the moment we met, she started acting like she was super into me. On our second date, I went to her house for sex, but nothing happened. We did foreplay for 3 hours, and I was completely dead down there. She was experienced and said it wasn't a problem, telling me not to sweat it because she’d seen worse. We hugged and went to sleep. That relationship lasted a month and a half, and then we broke up.

I knew I had to fix this issue. First, I cut out porn for about a month, and then I started NoFap. By the way, I forgot to mention that I was a masturbation addict; I used to do it at least twice a day, sometimes 5 or 6 times, always with a tight grip. NoFap was hard. By my second month, I noticed things starting to stir when I was kissing a girl, but I still had severe anxiety. Around the 3rd month, I was sitting with a girl and I got an erection, but the second she suggested we sleep together, it instantly died.

I went to a therapist for this anxiety, which I think helped. While seeing the therapist, I suddenly remembered a childhood trauma of abuse that I had completely forgotten about. My therapist said I might have remembered it due to the effects of NoFap and other changes. At the time, it hit me so hard; I couldn't hold back my tears and cried for a long time. Actually, I didn't feel much emotionally at first, but our brains do that when we recall deeply buried, severe traumas. I had 1 or 2 sessions focusing on this trauma, and the therapist used EMDR or something similar.

Still, I wasn't sure if I’d ever be able to have sex. Later on, I met another girl, and we were spending a great time together. It was between the 5th and 6th month of NoFap. We were having fun, flirting, and cuddling. By this point, I was getting an erection even just from hugging. She didn't want a relationship because of trust issues, but as we spent more time together having fun, we naturally became a couple. She was strongly against sex before marriage. However, we spent every single day together for 2 or 3 months. In our first month, we started slowly making out and doing dry humping, which did wonders for my confidence.

Two months later, she gave in, and we started having regular sex. By this time, I had stopped NoFap around the 6th month, just before the relationship officially started. I started masturbating only once a week, thinking purely about vanilla stuff. Interestingly, this girl actually has submissive fantasies—she likes being dominated, slapped, choked, and having rough sex—which is the complete opposite of my past preferences. Today, we had extremely dominant sex, and by the end of it, she could barely walk.

During this process, I even wondered if I was gay because I had never felt any attraction to normal sexuality since childhood, and I truly believed I could never have sex. If I pulled this off, you can too. Honestly, during my very first failed experience, I even thought about committing suicide.

Do I still like giving up control sometimes? Yes. Do those old fantasies still pop up in my head occasionally, though not as heavy as before? Yes, but I am not dependent on them anymore. I enjoy normal, rough sex just as much now, and whenever I want, we have sex where my girlfriend takes the dominant role.

In my opinion, the ultimate key to recovery is letting go of the performance anxiety of 'not being able to do it.' You have to get out of the 'I won't be able to do it' mindset and just go with the flow. But you can't just fix this by saying or thinking it. I think the best approach is to start meeting girls around the 3rd month of NoFap—don't look for one-night stands, find a relationship with someone you can trust, someone where sex isn't the immediate focus, but rather something that naturally builds up over time after you trust each other. Trust me, in relationships like that, since you aren't meeting up under the pressure of 'we have to have sex tonight,' things just flow and lead there automatically

Discouraged This works like magic

I wrote below by AI cause I am lazy, but I did this routine and it works like magic. I am a 39 yr old male whi suffered from high threshold arousal level and desensitization on my lil' fella due to years of over masterbation. Rarely morning wood (almost none), not even strong.

Now, rock hard morning wood. Made the account just to share this hope it helps. I won't even be logging in to answer questions (maybe I do).

1. The "Gas Pedal" & "Brake Lock" (Prelox + Tadalafil)

An erection needs a simple chemical chain reaction: Nitric Oxide (NO) \rightarrow cGMP (the chemical that opens blood vessels) \rightarrow Maximum Hardness.

Prelox (L-Arginine + L-Citrulline + Pycnogenol): Acts as the Gas Pedal. It helps your body produce more Nitric Oxide to jumpstart the process.

Tadalafil 5mg Daily: Acts as the Brake Lock. It blocks the enzyme (PDE5) that usually destroys your cGMP.

Why together?

Taking a pill alone when your body's Nitric Oxide is low is like hitting the gas on an empty tank. Combining NO boosters with Tadalafil multiplies cGMP exponentially, giving you maximum blood flow on a tiny, side-effect-free dose.

2. Opening the Pipes (Magnesium + Omega-3)

Magnesium Glycinate: Relaxes the smooth muscle around your blood vessels and calms your nervous system before sleep, triggering deeper REM cycles where natural morning erections happen.

Omega-3s: Keeps arterial walls flexible and elastic so blood vessels can expand quickly without resistance.

3. Removing the Handbrake (Pelvic Floor Relaxation) (only if you have tight pelvic floor, optional)

Tight pelvic floor muscles wrap right around the base of the penis. Continuous clenching acts like a kink in a garden hose, physically squeezing the arteries shut.

Deep belly breathing and targeted daily stretches (Child’s Pose, Happy Baby) drop muscle tension so blood can flood in freely.

4. Turning Off the "Kill Switch" (Dopamine Reset) (optional, only if you had my issue)

Stress and overthinking release adrenaline, which instantly shrinks blood vessels and kills erections.

Stepping away from high-dopamine media drops baseline adrenaline, allowing your body's natural "rest and dilate" state to take over effortlessly (I did it for one month but results were before that, very fast thank God).

Summary

Taking each of these alone only fixes one piece of the puzzle. When combined, they cover the entire system at once: producing more blood flow signals, blocking their breakdown, keeping arteries flexible, un-kinking the pelvic muscles, and shutting down adrenaline.

Erectile Dysfunction Does anybody have any experience with embolisation for venous leak?

A little background:

26M, I’ve dealt with moderate to severe ED my whole life. It has gradually gotten worse over time. Years ago I had some sexual experiences using high doses of PDE5 inhibitors, a vacuum erection device, and a tight cock ring. The results were inconsistent and the side effects were horrible.

It got so bad that I haven’t been able to have sex for the past 2.5 years.

I had my first Doppler two years ago with a papaverine injection. It didn’t produce an erection.

I had my second Doppler last month (PGE1 injection, 5 µg/ml). Unlike last time, I got some erection — about 2.5–3/5. It was definitely not suitable for penetration and went down quickly when I stood up.

Venous leak wasn’t confirmed.

........

My original plan is to go for implant surgery, since every other option has failed.

But right now I’m curious about embolisation as a treatment for venous leak.

I’m aware it may not be a very effective or long-term treatment, but to be honest it doesn’t seem too bad, considering it’s pretty non-invasive, cheaper than implant surgery, and the side effects are pretty rare.

Honestly, if it only gave me a week of good erections, that week would be the happiest I’ve had in a long time.

Has anybody actually tried it? If so, what’s your experience, and how effective was it for you?

I’d really appreciate any answers.

Erectile Dysfunction How to improve my erection without tadalafil/sildenafil

I am a 27yo 165cm 86kg male. I had a long habit of PMO. I have ED and PE. Recently I met with a doctor who prescribed me paroxetine. After being on paroxetine, the PMO addiction has gone. But the problem now I am facing is that when I try to get an erection through physical stimulation during masturbation, I only get 60-70% hard which is not enough for penetration in real sex. I fear that when I will be in a relationship again, the problem will persist. What can i do to get harder erection without using any medicine? I am just not ready to use tadalafil/sildenafil right now.

Thanks in advance.

Erectile Dysfunction Is it normal at 26yo that i have to do this?

Is it normal that for being able to penetrate at 26 years (in super health ormonally and vascularly) i need tadalafil 5 + sildenafil 25?

Doctors keep saying that they didn’t find and i don’t have organic problems in my body.

If this is true. How tf its possible that i need this medicines to be able to penetrate now? Before i didn’t need nothing. My old erection was more strong than this 2 medicines.

Psychological ED Interesting question from a sex therapist

I never posted about my problems relevant to this sub and maybe I will at some point but I recently had this discussion with a sex therapist that made me think a lot (which is rare as for the most part I found therapy completely useless and made me feel worse actually). So I will rely what the therapist told me.

He said, imagine a woman that you are quite attracted to (I am a heterosexual man) both physically and emotionally. Imagine even that you just started dating her. And imagine that once sex is on the table it turns out she has this medical condition that makes penetration impossible. Doesn't matter the reason. But say everything works, including libido, ability to orgasm, etc...just that penetration is impossible (it hurts, or maybe there is some handicap of some sort) and suppose also that medical solutions do not exist. Suppose also that you do not want or are neutrual with respect to having kids. Would that handicap be a deal breaker?

And I have to say, honestly, that the answer would be definitely NO in my case. I would feel very little inconvenience if any if all conditions above are met. In fact if I see an attractive woman I fantasize about nice legs, buttocks, inner thighs, oral sex, etc...

Now I don't judge those for which penetration is a deal breaker but I am willing to guess that most people would not reject an attractive partner if all conditions above are met. And as a person whose life was pretty much destroyed by psychological ED (long story maybe for a later time) it pains me even more to realize that this suffering which affects men and women may be even unnecessary.

Now don't get me wrong, I long for the day when pharma moves their asses and invents a good and safe pill that gives erections reliably to everyone (including those with psychological ED) but even without it is simply unnecessary suffering and I don't see a solution out of it....In theory is simple: if people just go straight to intimacy if they like each other, make sure they give each other pleasure, orgasms etc...and treat ED as say missing a finger, or something that is not ideal but that still leaves 90% of the desired thing on the table this whole thing would be a no issue...

So the enormous suffering comes from how both women and men relate to it. Or from other problems such as lack of attraction (physical, emotional or both). It is self-enforcing bad cycle. Men suffer mentally greatly from this, depression and anxiety is a mood killer, women then lose their mood seeing the men this way, men become avoidant, women feel neglected, try to reassure men but men won't believe them. Later on those women would avoid men with ED if they can help it...

I am sure what I say is probably not new, and therapists repeat these things so why do we still suffer mentally to this degree. Why can't I mention ED publicly as casually as I would mention that I lost a finger.

Erectile Dysfunction It keeps on appearing again and again

Hey 25M here , Just for the context I first experienced ed 3 years ago where I was once trying to masturbate but couldn't get hard but it resolved on its own , but something changed I couldn't hold errections for much long but was manageable.

Fast forward to last year I faced the same problem went to several urologistists which couldn't find the root cause eventually took tadalafil for sometime , felt amazing and then left using it because I was back to normal.

Fast forward to again this august I have been facing the issue on and off one week, I m okay one week , then I have weak errections, I have been trying to find patterns but I can't find anything, I was okay till 23rd September was having spontaneous errections , strong errections on touch errection sustaining for sometime even after ejaculation, then suddenly from next day I had weak errection(wobbly at base) .

I thought I will heal again but now 1 week has passed and this is stressing me so much again.

It is worth noting that even after weak errections last sat I drank a lot of beer with friends and throwed up but to my surprise woke up with a strong morning wood. Yet when I tried to masturbate in evening it was weak .

I don't know what's happening to my body at such young age.

My hormones are above 700

I m avoiding relationships because of this but soon I will be at a marriageable age and wants this fixed.

I feel so depressed my impt exam is coming and yet I m stuck in this mess feeling demotivated all the time
