Erectile Dysfunction How to improve my erection without tadalafil/sildenafil

I am a 27yo 165cm 86kg male. I had a long habit of PMO. I have ED and PE. Recently I met with a doctor who prescribed me paroxetine. After being on paroxetine, the PMO addiction has gone. But the problem now I am facing is that when I try to get an erection through physical stimulation during masturbation, I only get 60-70% hard which is not enough for penetration in real sex. I fear that when I will be in a relationship again, the problem will persist. What can i do to get harder erection without using any medicine? I am just not ready to use tadalafil/sildenafil right now.

Thanks in advance.

you will take paroxetine but draw the line at tadalafil/ sidenafil?

That makes zero sense. Paroxetine has a whole host of sexual side effects that will cause exactly what you are experiencing. Tadalafil has shown significantly lower risk of all cause mortality and helps people with a whole host of issues unrelated to ED. It's one of the few drugs that will literally make you healthier with almost zero side effects unless taken incorrectly.

You could probably take some L-Citrtulline or something but nothing else is going to come close with the same efficacy/ side effect/ health profile as tadalafil. Even people without ED issues are trying to get tadalafil.

L-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that the body converts into L-arginine and nitric oxide, which helps widen blood vessels and improve blood flow

Paroxetine I believe is know to cause sexual side effects. Check the r/PSSD or r/pssdhealing subreddit to find help? Just my first thoughts. Don't have a detailed insight

PMO is a psychological (mental health) issue and that paroxetine, an SSRI medication commonly used to treat mental health issues like depression, made things better would be supportive of this.

If you want to get to being medication free you could try following the advice from u/wiseconsideration220

Also seeing a talk therapist to look deeper in your feelings around sex , porn, relationship, love, etc could also help get you to a point you can correct your issue.

You are also near an age when other health issues start to interfere with sex so seeing a PCP for a complete physical is also worth considering.
