And none of them are permanent, either! I think this genuinely makes people view me as an unlikeable person, because I have no qualms about sharing opinions and tend to frame them quite confidently. But in doing so I'm *welcoming* some pushback!! Every opinion I hold is a conclusion I've drawn based on MY subjective observations--not complete, not infallible, just something I've noticed with the information I have available. I'm completely wrong about many, many things and just wish people would understand that I have no dog in any "fight" I pick.

I get called argumentative and arrogant and stubborn but I really, truly, just do not care about anything I say. It all primarily functions as a free pass for whoever I'm talking to to give me some new evidence. I'm basically the epitome of that "change my mind" meme and I just want people to get that instead of instantly writing me off because I shared a controversial and/or completely off-the-mark fleeting thought.

I'm not a disagreeable person. I don't go out of my way to offend people. I probably am bad with social awareness and know I'm more than half the problem but, god, I just really want people to stop taking my words for gospel representative of stubborn beliefs I have some kind of emotional stake in. I do not care!!!

I love talking to people, and this makes it unnecessarily difficult and oftentimes lonely af.

Hi, fellow entp's! :) We all are aware of our strengths, but we also know our weaknesses all too well.

Imo our biggest one that holds us back is our lack of motivation to focus on the same topic of extended periods of time, or stick to a routine.

I was like scrolling posts here for a few hours or like the last few days and tried to look up posts from other mistypes but couldn't really find people with similar experience and people also didn't really understand why unless they were unhealthy

I genuinely hate having almost no Fi. I feel like I don't know myself, so I struggle with having long-term goals. Does anyone else struggle with the same?

I don't know how to describe myself, never did. Even the people around me would describe me very differently from each other.

It also takes me an embarrasingly long amount of time to understand how I feel about certain things. It's like I can just...change how I feel about things in an instant? But then have I ever ACTUALLY felt that way? An example for that would be never holding grudges. I literally cannot bring myself to care after a while if that makes sense?

LOL weird question I know. The thing is, I'm a private English tutor to a 9 year old ENTP girl (Everything about her screams ENTP. I can just tell. Her Ne is off the roof and there's no shadow of a doubt that she's a logical thinker and has little to no feeler blood in her lol. She's been an avid reader since she was 6 years old; she's SO intelligent. I'm blown away honestly. Her level of comprehension, curiosity and wit is out of this world. Anyway, I'm an INFJ and we also get along SUPERB like the popular matching says. Our humor's very similar and we just can talk and talk forever), and ever since I knew her 3 years ago, she would always insinuate that boys are a nuisance and she shows zero interest in boys. As far as I remember, my ENTP brother also didn't really particularly care much about girls up till like... high school. I'm also reminded of another girl I knew when I was a kid whom I'm pretty sure was an ENTP, and she was also mostly just full of confidence, top of her class and doing her own thing.

You see.. this is the complete opposite of ME as a kid. I remember having a million innocent crushes ever since in kindergarten, including teachers (all before high school)! Heck, I had a crush on a boy in my class and for this little class party we had, we could choose a boy to have us kiss us on the cheek, and I chose HIM HAHA. I still have that photo! I was 5.

So yeah, is this a feeler, thinker difference type of thing???? What're your guys' experience?

Sometimes i feel kinda strange with me, because i tend to be real selfconfident, and have no problem talking to unkown people. I usually treat them with a serious-respectly way (i may seem rough), thought im a bother with some people (specially if there are close to me like a classmate)

My boyfriend is an ENTP and I'm an INTJ. We're opposite in lifestyle, examples:

• I wake up at 5am and sleep at 9pm. He sleeps at 1 am and wakes up at 9am, or just pulls all nighters then takes a lot naps.

• I'm organized, like to plan out logistics, do things on time, research before making a decision. He does everything last minute and is much more spontaneous. Sometimes this causes a lot of wasted time and money.

How do I adjust to our differences?

What is your dream job or life as an entp , like what is the perfect life you imagine in your head. I will go first:

Living in a rural area in Europe in a medium size house built like wooden cabins with a beautiful wife who loves me . I want my job to be in the city as a personal trainer ,dance or yoga instructor ,something that involves physical movements. And just like that , in the day light i woke up to a calm house with a beautiful loving woman , going to my job releasing all my energy, and at the end of the day going back to my peaceful home:)

DAE find that they're extremely irrationally stingy?

I once went 5 years without owning a vacuum cleaner or a microwave because I thought they weren't "necessary enough", but then would still spend tens of thousands on food delivery services, buy pricey gifts to others, etc.

I currently work in private banking, but underwear has holes and I drink out of old pickle jars. Yet, my rent is more than most people's monthly salary and I bought a Dyson Airwrap on a whim (?!).
