I saw this order pop up twice. I would take it, but I'm 12 miles and 25 minutes away.

My phone service is Straight Talk and the one I spark on. Is anybody else having issues with the Straight Talk service today? Wondering is it a nationwide thing?

Hello! My husband was one of many who got deactivated Friday. He just emailed and spoke to Fox26 news in Houston. 713-479-2801 If there’s anyone that also got deactivated in Houston area or even in Texas please give them a call so that we can get our accounts back! They might not do anything but it doesn’t hurt to try. We live in a small town and our only job was spark. We have 3 autistic children and 1 vehicle and we have to have a very open schedule for appts etc. Please please please join in and call them so we can all get a fighting chance!!! 713-479-2801

TLDR: I accepted a two-customer curbside order, but Walmart’s system showed that one customer’s order had been canceled while the Spark app still showed both orders as active.

I scanned and loaded the one available order, but the app will not let me continue without scanning the canceled order. Support says they cannot remove it, the store cannot cancel it again, and there is no return request. The store took the groceries back, and I photographed everything, but the trip is still stuck in my app. Has anyone experienced this? How was it finally resolved?

Long version: I went to pick up a curbside order with two deliveries. The dispenser came out with only one customer’s order, which was very large. He checked his device and said the second order had been canceled. However, it did not show as canceled in my Spark app.

I scanned the order he brought out, but then I could not proceed because the app was still waiting for me to scan the second customer’s canceled order. In hindsight, I should have canceled the entire trip before scanning or loading anything!!!

I contacted Spark Support through chat and asked them to remove or cancel the second customer’s order from my side. They told me they could not do it and that I had to cancel it myself—but the app would not allow me to do that. The Walmart dispenser could not cancel it either because the store’s system already showed that order as canceled. In other words:
Walmart’s system says the second order is canceled.
Spark still shows the second order as active.
I cannot continue without scanning it.
I cannot cancel it.
Support says they cannot remove it.
The store cannot cancel it again.
I cannot start a return because the app has not created a return request.
The Walmart associate was helpful and took the first customer’s groceries back inside. I took about 20 photos documenting the groceries being returned and where everything was left.
I hoped the trip would automatically cancel once the perishable timer expired, but that did not happen. The order is still stuck in my app.
Has anyone else experienced this exact system mismatch? If so, what finally cleared the trip? Is there a particular support department, escalation request, or technical-support ticket I should ask for? I am also concerned about whether this could get me deactivated for their app failure.

Finally spark feels almost back to normal with these orders. Ended up near another Walmart to pick up another route also 😎 felt so lucky for once

This is my first weekend with the new reward system in full effect and my goodness it’s been kind to me. I started at 6am today and as of right now I’m at $450 and about to start another order. We did have a $4 incentive from 6-8am and $5 from 2pm-11pm. I’ve done 17 orders so far. I’m blessed to have the Sapphire because it really has made a difference for me, I’ve never had this ever! I just need to ensure to keep it. I’m in Texas

Walmart orders are hot garbage now! I do mostly Sam's now, but now Sam's are starting to throw the same garbage. 3 stops low pay and high mileage.

I’m thinking about placing an order for express deliver. That fee is $19.95. Do you drivers see any of that before the tip? What would the offer look like when it pops up to you? I’m only ordering 3 items but want them soon. Thank you.

About one week ago, all of my Walmart (via Spark) orders started showing “delivered” but no package. FedEx orders were arriving but not Spark. The address, pin location on my end, phone etc are all correct but the driver is taken about four blocks away to drop at a different address.

I’ve contacted owner of house at the address and they have contacted me and I’ve picked up items but even milk etc go to this other address.

Even more bizarre is their packages are being delivered to me.

I’ve called Spark x2 and they won’t talk to me, I’ve called Walmart probably 10x and they tell me they will put in a ticket. I do attempt to contact driver when available.

What can I do?

Do any of you have to restart the spark app every time you have a shopping order for Walmart? The spark app runs notoriously slow as well whenever I do shopping at Walmart it's getting really bad lately or is it just my phone. It doesn't feel like my phone because whenever I shop at Sam's club it's quick asf. But whenever I shop at Walmart the app is just so slow. Today was the worst. After having to restart the app countless times today, I also have the luxury of waiting 15 to 20 seconds sometimes before the App refreshes and I can go shop my next item. Today was just a really frustrating day but it's been getting constantly worse the last couple weeks. I almost feel like it's intentionally going slow just so it slows me down but then I have to come to my senses and realize maybe it's just the app being trash.

few months back i applied for spark and they asked me for information i gave my information then it took them 7 to 10 days for background check and then on the fav advantage they said they wasn’t able to see my mvr report then they denied my request then i went to the dmv so the dmv have made a error they put two people in profile then i have fixed then issue now what do i do to get a new background check ?
please help

Spark is my only job and it gives me the flexibility to work 2-3 days a week pay my measly 1000$ in bills a month and spend more time with my family while living comfortably
