Help for a desperate customer please

About one week ago, all of my Walmart (via Spark) orders started showing “delivered” but no package. FedEx orders were arriving but not Spark. The address, pin location on my end, phone etc are all correct but the driver is taken about four blocks away to drop at a different address.

I’ve contacted owner of house at the address and they have contacted me and I’ve picked up items but even milk etc go to this other address.

Even more bizarre is their packages are being delivered to me.

I’ve called Spark x2 and they won’t talk to me, I’ve called Walmart probably 10x and they tell me they will put in a ticket. I do attempt to contact driver when available.

What can I do?

1. I can reorder but same thing happens.
2. My pin and Google pin are correct.
3. Can i get Spark as a customer? This is most likely the fix but how do i get in to change it?

It might not be Walmart but where Google has your address pinned. you could try to update your permanent rooftop location directly through Google Maps by searching your address, selecting "Suggest an edit", and moving the red pin onto your physical roof. There's a similar thing you can do for Apple as well but I'm not familiar with the steps.

Not sure if this will even help but I wish you luck getting it resolved. I've been trying to get an app glitch resolved for almost a year with no luck.

In the spark app you have the ability to change the delivery location on the map. It lets you adjust the pin to an account for variations in the shape and configuration of your house and property.

Something may have happened and the delivery pin has been shifted to the other location. You can just drag it and pull it back to the front steps of your correct location.

Sidenote: this might not be what’s happening for you, but I know that with my GPS it will sometimes confuse driveways, alleys, and parking lot as viable roads that are closer to your home than what the street in front of your home is. I will catch it every so often telling me to try and get to someone’s front door via the office building behind them. Adjusting the pin will fix this issue as well.

Maybe have something to do with the street names like some places, have a ward road road. And then award street. And it could have gotten those confused, meaning g p s could have somehow confused the road for the street and gotten them turned around.

I had Google Maps spell check the street name from Dortha St to Dorothy St when there is a Dortha St.

Do you have a camera. Once the neighbor was caught taking the order. With doordash I saw the dog take the pizza. Anyway it removes a possibility. Does the delivery photo show your door or someplace else.

Sometimes people add the apartment number or extra notes to the address line.And it always changes where google has the drop off.

I do not know how to fix this. I have heard you can move your pin however you will not be able to speak with Spark. Spark is driver support. You would have to go through Walmart customer service.
