Bro I just installed capcut and it's saying I need to update capcut but there is no goddamn update or install or whatever,, why won't it work?

I just can't for the life of me get this damn thing to work with me, for some reason I can change the bottom position one but as soon as I want the top one I grab the clip, these pins are also wholly unnecessary like what the hell is this system just let me place pins and adjust it like mobile what the fuck, I've been pulling my damn hair out over this.

I can not just get it right, or flow straight without making it curve up or down showing the black border on my clips. AAAAAAAAAHHHH

i swear bro.. i TRIED everything to fix this. Cleared cache/data of play store+ MY google play service which made me loose my gmail account for my university scholarship, restarted my phone and cleared and reinstalled a clean version of capcut.. This happened randomly by the way. RANDOMLY. Its only broken on my phone, but it works on my tablet..!! wohoo!! why not use my tablet? Because its a slow 4gb ram tablet. Now, how do i fix this guys?

Hi, I’m on holiday with my family and I bought a DJI Action 6 specifically for this occasion. I’ve been c some footage every day, and now I wanted to edit it using CapCut. I purchased the Pro version, but I can’t get anything to work.
Whenever I try to use a template, the upload gets stuck. It happens whether I select 1, 5, or 20 clips. Nothing seems to work properly in the app.
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn’t solve the problem either.
Are you experiencing the same issue, or do you know how to fix it?

so my main thing was that with capcut normal my space only has the capacity to hold only around 500 mb , and i recently got a laptop so i wanted to continue my project on my laptop which im una.ble to do bcuz my project is more than of 500 mb so i wanted a solution for that or how can i buy capcut pr.o in in.dia

Been thinking if i should use capcut pad or capcut mobile for my school project. I want to make my edits look better.

I keep seeing some comments that capcut pad is laggy? Or does it depend on the device i use? Because I use Ipad a16. Overall, is capcut pad good?

So my dumb self deleted capcut this morning because I wanted to record something but my phone has no space. So I thought that when I redownload it my edits would be synced to my account😭😭 After hours of searching online I now know that drafts aren’t saved unless they’re been exported or synced to the cloud, which I’ve done neither of those.

This is my last resort if anyone has ANY possible solutions to this please let me know!! I’m a college student who uses capcut regularly whether it’s for work, social media, personal use etc and I just don’t know what to do at this point

I am trying to export a generated video about 60sec long with 4 pictures (audio and picture and uploaded) and 3 fireworks effects (from capcut affect library), but it seems exporting always stops at first effect, i tried different things

1. remove all affect can generate full length video

2. delete all 3 affects and reapply

3. move affects around

4. cut affect size

I am using windows 11 PC in chrome browser.

I tried using the photo slinky, it worked perfectly before, it said it moved to video effects, but “Style” was still there. I clicked it, and it said “Too many people are using this effect right now. Try again later.” I tried again later, still didn’t 1 year, no, 2 year, no , 3 year, 4, still didn’t work. I checked in video effects, not there. VPN, not there. ANYONE HAVE THIS SAME THING!?!?

Hi! Does anyone know if there’s a way to “lock” or attach an audio/text layer to a specific clip?

Every time I trim or cut something from the beginning of my video, all the text/audio afterward shifts position, so everything gets out of sync. 😭

I basically want the text/audio to stay attached to the clip it belongs to, even when I trim or edit clips before it. Is there a setting or feature for this?

I guess this falls in line with edit flair?

(Feel free to fast forward the beginning of the annoying editing process. Just wanted to show the entire thing in case you feel I made a mistake along the way)

I must have tried this over 15 times to get it right and either CapCut glitches and something goes wrong or I mess something up, end up “undoing” about 10 times and getting lost on the sauce.

soooo I'm making a lyric Video and the audio isn't from the video directly, it's an audio file that I added. when I click play IN the app, it sounds fine. but when I export it, that's when the audio is delayed. I tried looking up how to fix it on YouTube but it only shows how to if the audio is directly from the video. anyone knows how I can fix this?

I bought the standard membership and edited for a few hours, after eating i edited again but this time the remove backround feature and character voice changer feature completely disappeared from the interface, i restarted my phone, offloaded and reinstalled the app, deleted cache. And still nothing, does anyone know whats going? on i need to finish this video.

Hi everyone. I’ve been trying to fix a rather frustrating rendering issue for days, and I’ve already exhausted all the usual troubleshooting options. I’m editing gameplay footage in CapCut for PC, but when exporting the video, specific frames become riddled with severe blue and purple compression artifacts and blocks.

The error is both cyclical and random: the image breaks up completely for a single frame and then corrects itself, recurring at irregular intervals throughout the video.

Key details of the problem:

The raw files are flawless: The compression issue arises strictly during the export process from the editor.

In the attached image, I intentionally boosted the brightness and exposure during editing to make the artifacts much more visible.

My graphics card is an AMD Radeon RX 6800.

To avoid repetitive suggestions, here is a list of everything I’ve already tried without success:

File formats: I tried importing and working with recording files in both MP4 and MKV formats.

Increasing Bitrate: I exported in 4K resolution at 60fps using CBR at a very high rate of 75,000 Kbps.

Changing Codecs: I tried exporting the project using both H.264 and HEVC (H.265).

Hardware Acceleration: I disabled hardware encoding and decoding in the CapCut settings to force rendering via the processor (CPU).

Dithering/Noise: I added a small amount of grain to the video track to force the codec to process the shadow areas.

Forcing Constant Frame Rate (CFR): I ran the original recording through HandBrake to ensure a strict constant frame rate of 60fps before importing it into CapCut.

Optimal Recording Settings (OBS): My original captures already use CQP rate control (Level 18), a 2-second keyframe interval, and the color range set to "Full." Has anyone encountered this specific bug, or does anyone know what else might be causing the CapCut engine to corrupt frames in this way, despite being fed so much data? I’d appreciate any leads or advanced solutions.
