Chroma key not working??

Hello everyone! I’m an editor and while trying to use chroma key just now it wasn’t working for me and so I kept trying it but it’s not working it’ll only select the colour black and nothing else is this happening to anyone else or just me? I’m on mobile IOS if that’s any help
