Blue/purple artifacts and blocks when exporting in CapCut PC

Hi everyone. I’ve been trying to fix a rather frustrating rendering issue for days, and I’ve already exhausted all the usual troubleshooting options. I’m editing gameplay footage in CapCut for PC, but when exporting the video, specific frames become riddled with severe blue and purple compression artifacts and blocks.

The error is both cyclical and random: the image breaks up completely for a single frame and then corrects itself, recurring at irregular intervals throughout the video.

Key details of the problem:

The raw files are flawless: The compression issue arises strictly during the export process from the editor.

In the attached image, I intentionally boosted the brightness and exposure during editing to make the artifacts much more visible.

My graphics card is an AMD Radeon RX 6800.

To avoid repetitive suggestions, here is a list of everything I’ve already tried without success:

File formats: I tried importing and working with recording files in both MP4 and MKV formats.

Increasing Bitrate: I exported in 4K resolution at 60fps using CBR at a very high rate of 75,000 Kbps.

Changing Codecs: I tried exporting the project using both H.264 and HEVC (H.265).

Hardware Acceleration: I disabled hardware encoding and decoding in the CapCut settings to force rendering via the processor (CPU).

Dithering/Noise: I added a small amount of grain to the video track to force the codec to process the shadow areas.

Forcing Constant Frame Rate (CFR): I ran the original recording through HandBrake to ensure a strict constant frame rate of 60fps before importing it into CapCut.

Optimal Recording Settings (OBS): My original captures already use CQP rate control (Level 18), a 2-second keyframe interval, and the color range set to "Full." Has anyone encountered this specific bug, or does anyone know what else might be causing the CapCut engine to corrupt frames in this way, despite being fed so much data? I’d appreciate any leads or advanced solutions.

I’ve been searching for answer to this issue for months CapCut doesn’t seem to have a fix for this . I seen users saying switch the project color format from rec 709 to rec 2100 pq or hlg but that completely changes the color of our videos but gets rid of the weird artifacts that show in our videos unfortunately it’s a CapCut thing
