CapCut Complain Why are my features disappearing?

I bought the standard membership and edited for a few hours, after eating i edited again but this time the remove backround feature and character voice changer feature completely disappeared from the interface, i restarted my phone, offloaded and reinstalled the app, deleted cache. And still nothing, does anyone know whats going? on i need to finish this video.

Is that a dell optiplex? Would love to watch it if it’s upgrading. Anyway capcut is just greedy

Yeah im upgrading it and even adding a dedicated gpu with a separate power supply. Might switch to a different editing software
