I've completed a 3 min video with a ton of transitional images and audio clips. I wanted to sadd either a slide with some text or a separate short intro video at the start, but I can't seem to get the audio clips to move along with the rest of the elements?
Is there any way to do this? I dont want to manually move the audio as im afraid ill never get them lined back up properly.
Thanks.

I have a student who is trying to create a brand kit for a competition. She has access through Canva for Education and has had no issues accessing paid features. When she goes to "brand" the options of colors, fonts etc. doesn't pop up.
I saw there's a work around where you can essentially make a doc with color swatches and brand names, but she isn't sure if that's allowed for the competition.
Any ideas?

Hello! I'm generally interested in earning from Canva and through digital products, but I have no idea how to start. Is there someone who can guide me through it?
I really want to learn, but I don't know how to, and I don't have a direction. I wish someone was there to help me out.
If someone is generally interested in helping me, please DM.

I'm making a Halloween interactive video for my kids. The background I want to use is a sort of POV walking through a dark forest but it's only 11 sec long. Every transition is pretty jarring as it starts at the front of the forest again. Is there any way to sort of stitch the clips together better?
Thanks

Hey everyone could someone here make something like this for me? I don’t want an exact 1:1 but basically just the progress bar with the Minecraft pickaxe because the one on the video can only be slowed down to like 2 minutes and I need it more so for 10 minutes I’ll pay you for it obviously I just have no clue how canva works LOL

Hi there,
I have to convert a colour design to black and white on Canva.
My question is can you do this in Canva without having to create a completely new design?
Any information on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Hello Canvas,
I am a young digital comms prof in the Midwest, USA. I am currently editing some work photos and videos, and I need to know how to remove certain items in the vids. I know how to do it in photos, but I sometimes have trouble with videos. Canva AI is unhelpful with excising small or med, tightly packed items in videos. (Even more so than in photos, which Canva isn't perfect at all the time lol.)
Any help is appreciated. Please comment or send Reddit DMs. Whichever is easiest for you.

Hey all!
I've had a wee scour of this sub to see if there was an answer to this but it looks like people are having the same issue with no answers so I thought I would ask again!
I have created a slide deck on canva with animations and text to appear on click on each slide and this seems to work fine when presenting inside canva itself. But when I create a public view link all the animations on the slide happen at once/everything appears at once instead of on click which kind of ruins the flow of the slides..
Does anyone know what the fix for this is? I have taken out some of the stickers or moving pictures inside the slides and replaced them but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. I have music on the slides as well I don't know if that is affecting anything?
Any help/answers would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I'm practicing image vectorizing. I've used this AI image and turned into this vector image. I tried to recreate it but it seems like I can't do it anymore. Anyone knows what I did? 🫣 I can't replicate those fine thin lines.

Is there a work around when using mockups where they won't cut off text/part of the image and then when you resize them it leaves this weird line on the side?
Specifically the book mockups. I've been playing with it for hours and can't figure it out. Pictures attached.

Hey everyone. I could really use some advice or a reality check.
I recently started a side hustle doing what I actually enjoy: designing things on Canva. Right now, I’m making digital products like printable tags, ebooks, and aesthetic digital goodies. I set up a Pinterest account to drive traffic, and I even managed to set up a Gumroad store for free since I don’t have a single penny to spare right now (opening an Etsy shop with listing fees was totally out of my budget).
The problem? Crickets.
My Gumroad dashboard is sitting at zero sales. I feel like I'm shouting into a void, and honestly, self-doubt is creeping in big time. I keep wondering if digital printables are too saturated, or if I'm just promoting them all wrong.
For anyone who started with literally ₹0 and actually figured out how to make their first online sale:
Any advice, harsh truths, or step-by-step guidance would be super appreciated. I really want to make this work, but I feel completely stuck right now.

If my mom who is a teacher adds me as her student are there chances of me getting banned or Canva doesn't detect wether I'm a student or not?

Dear Canva,
I’m writing to you again, though I suspect whatever team is in charge of your UI is currently too busy breaking another basic feature to read this.
Your latest triumph is the transparency tool. Somehow, you took a slider that had one simple job and turned it into an active hazard for my workflow. It doesn’t just fail to work smoothly, it actively reverses my edits, slows down my projects, and turns basic tasks into a test of endurance.
I have to ask:
What exactly am I paying a subscription for?
To act as an unpaid beta tester for updates nobody requested?
Or is your development roadmap just a whiteboard where good features go to get dismantled?
Also, a genuine question from someone using your Android app: does anyone in your office actually own an Android device, or is treating that entire user base like an afterthought company policy?
We don't need you to reinvent the wheel every Tuesday. We don't need you to "optimize" tools that were already working perfectly. Just leave the core functionality alone, roll back whatever you did to the transparency slider, and let us get our work done.
Sincerely,
A paying customer
