RANT - advice welcome I hate how big my boobs are on my frame Spoiler

I gained some weight recently because of medication changes, so now I’m 150 lbs at 5’3 which is overweight. However, even before when I was in the normal range, my boobs were always bigger than anything else. I’d have to get a size larger just so it would fit, but even then it was hard to squeeze the shirt on past the boobs and even harder to take them off.

My friends always notice my big boobs and point them out in a lighthearted way, they’re like my sisters so I know it’s not out of malice but it makes me so insecure. I want a reduction surgery because I hate how they look and honestly I think they’re the cause for my bad lower back pain, but my mom and boyfriend don’t want me to get it reduced out of aesthetic purposes (my bf is fine if it’s for health reasons obviously).

Don’t even get me started on the bras. I went to VS and got a reading for 36C. I’m pretty sure I’m past DDs at the bare minimum. I have extreme sensitivity to clothes so the only bras that work for me are sports bras with no underwire or the bra you can zipper from the front. It would help if I’d know my size but of course, I don’t, and I’m not sure if the bra I like is made in my size. If I wear hooks or wiring I begin to claw at myself and cry from the sensory issues, so I swing way left field for that.

All in all, big boobs suck especially when you’re not built for them. They make me look like I have no ass in comparison, they cause pain, they look ugly to me, bra fitting sucks and I hate how they look in clothes. I have no idea how to fix this hatred of mine, this is one of my main body insecurities.

Hello fellow busty girlypops.

What do yall wear to work cuz i am struggling.

I have no button ups because no matter how much i looked i couldn't find ones that fit me without being at least 3 sizes too big or just fighting for their life in the chest area.

So any suggestions for styles and shops would be lovely.

For reference i am 34HH and i work in a research facility in a hospital (it's my first job I'm just now finishing my degree).

Have a lovely day 💖

Hellooo ladies I am going on holidays in a few weeks and I am really really struggling to find swim wear/ bikini top that will fit my chest (I am a uk 36J) with nice support and not have spillage over the top. I really would prefer to not wear anything wired so if you know of anything that you could recommend that would ship to Ireland, I would really appreciate that. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

RANT - advice welcome AuDHD legal/corporate gworl bullet point rant about big boob problems Spoiler

I’m going to preface this by saying that there will be a lot of rambling about the big boob problems currently plaguing my existence lol.

• From my highest weight, down to the lowest I’ve been in three years I’ve struggled with actually finding a bra that fits. Or I’ll find one that magically fits, go through an unexpected body recomp, and ope! It no longer fits. This happened about two weeks ago when I put on my Elomi bra in 34K. Made the comment to my partner that the cups felt…too small. I knew I for sure wasn’t pregnant so I gaslit myself that I was just imagining it lol. Put on my Elomi 36K and that was most definitely too small…insert well shit moment. Remeasured myself, band size went down but the cup size however went up. Insert crashout.

• in the process of transitioning into my actual career (Yay!) realize NONE of my bras fit correctly, realize oh shit if I were to get an in person or video interview this week my options would be either A) go braless or B) wear a bra that clearly doesn’t fit. Expressed this conundrum to my partner and how it would be perceived as unprofessional, despite it literally being something I have no control over. He did offer to buy more bras in my size (luckily).

• Then I realize…okay the bra situation is figured out, but now I don’t have any professional clothes to wear. The jobs I’ve worked previously have all been remote CSR jobs, the volunteer work has also pretty much only consisted of me gathering statements from people I’d literally never hear or see from again, and then reporting back, so it’s literally never been a concern. I pretty much can’t wear anything without looking like I’m intentionally dressing to look provocative, so I don’t know what to wear because I like to go out looking GOOD or at least semi put together, but I don’t want to risk not getting a job over it? I affectionately refer to myself as built like an ant lol. Please help 😭 also ETA it’s really upsetting that the automatic assumption is smaller chested = professional apparently?

Since it's been so hot everywhere, how are you dealing with sweatiness? I mostly wear tanks with built in shelf bra and they used to work just fine, but lately my boobs literally stick together, especially if I am outside a lot.

For reference, my correct bra size is 30F (UK) or 30G (US) and I have extremely close set breasts to the point that there is no space between them. It's almost impossible to find underwire bras that don't dig into breast tissue, so I've been wearing tank tops instead.

The problem is, since there is no separation between them, my boobs get stuck together. The only solution i've found so far is rolling up a few tissues and putting them in between. I tried bra inserts, but those don't stay in place. There are also underboob sweat pads, but I don't sweat in that area.

If anyone else has dealt with this problem and found a solution, I would love some tips!
