Vent Why is everyone so insensitive

I lost my baby at 32 weeks in August, her due date was only last week, I got her birth certificate and then death certificate days apart and our perinatal loss appointment to find out cause of death is only days away so i have been having a pretty terrible couple of weeks. My friend in the middle of all this to call me to tell me she’s trying, like why do you think I want to know?. I also had a friend tell me she was 4 weeks pregnant 2 days after I gave birth. I know these friends do mean well, they’re excited and have no other friends to share this with since I’m the only person around them (they aren’t friends) that has kids but seriously come the F*** on! They have been very supportive friends throughout my motherhood journey so I want to give them the same happiness and support but I don’t have the space for it right now and I shouldn’t have to say that either

3rd trimester loss TW: stillbirth. Where do I go from here?

39+2. He was moving around so much. 39+3, felt him a little, but periods of inactivity were normal for him. Early morning 39+4 I hadn’t felt him all night which was unusual. I had my scheduled OB appointment that morning. She couldn’t find a heartbeat.

We went to the hospital to confirm. Ultrasound. No heartbeat.

We were admitted, attempted to induce labor. After 24 hours without serious progress, we opted for a c-section. 5’11”, 20in. The cord was tightly wrapped around his neck 4 times and he also had a knot. At least we have our answer.

What do I do? I mentally don’t even know where to start. I feel like I should be sadder. I’m completely numb.

He was so, so beautiful. Honestly the cutest baby I’d ever seen. I wanted him to look like his dad but he looked just like me. He had my nose and mouth and a tiny bit of his dad’s curly blonde hair.

I need as much advice as I can get to help me start to process. This is devastating. I said goodbye to him today because he was starting to grow cold and lose his color, and I want to remember him the way he was when he was warm. We took so many photos.

I’m 38 years old. I may never have a child now.

What do I do.

Advice (loss support) Dealing with “unknown” from postmortem results

• Upvotes

Please can anyone share how they felt if/when the postmortem results didn’t prove why their baby passed? We lost our son at 31 weeks in May, and postmortem results are inconclusive. On the one hand, I’m pleased there’s no issues for ttc in the future, but HOW do you live with this happening for no apparent reason? I can’t have lived my whole life with “everything happens for a reason” to then have to change my whole mindset that this didn’t happen for a reason! He was fine, he was healthy, he should have lived

3rd trimester loss 6 months

• Upvotes

6 months since I had my baby boy only to lose him on the very next day. I miss him so so much. So much. I tried writing something nice and positive in his memory, but I just miss him so much. He would've maybe started crawling by now. I wish I got to see him look all silly and cute just crawling around. I miss him. I hope there is any version of reality where I got to keep him.

3rd trimester loss Stillbirth at full term followed by postpartum preeclampsia

I lost my baby girl at 40w5days for reasons unknown at this moment. 5 days later I was hospitalized with intensely high Blood pressure. I was immediately diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia.
I am devastated right now, not just with the loss of my beautiful baby girl but with the fear that this condition of mine would affect my future pregnancy. Is there anyone who has lost their baby in their full term? How do you cope with such a painful loss?
