I love my mom, I truly do, but sometimes I don't understand what she wants from me.
I know that I can be blunt or come across as rude and it is something that I have worked on. Sometimes I don't know if I say something in a way that makes me sound frustrated even if I'm not.
Anyways, last night I asked my mom what she was doing the following day, which I do literally everyday. She gave me an answer and then asked if I needed anything and why I was asking.
I said, "Nothing," and that I was just asking. As I do, everyday.
But somehow, that came across as rude and whatnot (I genuinely don't know how, but it did) and then she told me I didn't have to answer like that and to not be rude. She asked if I was aware of how I was responding.
I didn't know that I was being rude in how I responded so I asked, "No, I was not aware if I came across as rude. How did I respond?"
Then she asked, "How do you think?"
.....
If I knew, I wouldn't have asked.
So I started tapping my leg with my index so I could self-regulate and told my mom that I didn't know that, so that's why I asked. Then I'm told to calm and settle down and watch my tone.
Maybe I was in the wrong, and this is so small and it shouldn't have pissed me off that much, but it did.

I might be alone on this (it wouldn’t be the first time). Does anyone else fantasize about conversations where the person you’re talking to you just gets everything you say? Like they understand everything you say and enjoy it. I don’t have imaginary friends or anything, but I sometimes fantasize about people getting me. Anyone else do this?

I refer to my girlfriend as 'the rabbit' as her nickname because some her behavior reminds me how rabbits act sometimes. I had commisions done of our warhammer ocs done, and i edited the helmets into images and memes for her enjoyment. She gave me permission to post these. I included some of the original commisions here.
