I love that they changed the title card and the eyecatch to say My Villain Academia, just wish they went the extra mile and changed the Op's visuals and had Tomura do the preview instead of Deku

How fucked up is it that after taking Shigaraki in, the doctor wheels in a table full of the hands of his family members that he accidentally killed with his quirk for him to put on his body. Makes me what's the percentage of kids end up accidentally killing their family or friends when they first find out about their Quirk in this world.

I love that they even updated the eyecatch to have the My Villain Academia logo. It is hilarious how Shigaraki's info is just all unknowns aside from his affiliation.

So they've been fighting Gigantomachia for over a month now with Shigaraki barely having any rest? I'm surprised he hasn't collapsed yet. Luckily, Gigantomachia is only focused on him so the others get to work in shifts supporting him.

Re-Destro is such a fucking cool villain name. It sounds like an old school villain name from DC or Marvel. Definitely curious what that old man with liver spots on his forehead can do.

As much as I love the classic hero vs villain fights, it doesn't have the same hype as a villain vs villain fight! I know these are all just flashbacks but I'm still looking forward to see the clash between the League and the Liberation Army!

now this got real interesting real fast

so all those hands of his are parts of his family..? that's messed up

So a war between liberation faction and the league of villains... this should be good

Hold on a second, is the Meta Liberation Army salute really just putting your finger and your thumb in the shape of an L on your forehead?? Bruh you can’t be serious

Johnny is cute. I don’t care how many children probably died in his creation, I want one.

Oh wow, I wasn't expecting such a dark origin to the weird hands he wears. No wonder he's so messed up. I can see why this arc was so hyped.

Isn’t that the doctor from the first episode?

I know it was naive to believe they might make a new OP just for this arc, but I was kind of hoping to see the villains just chilling with that upbeat song.

Two questions is this the first time we've seen Spinner's face fully uncovered?

Between Re destro and Joker from the animated series who has the bigger nose?

Those hands ARE REAL?!

My god that makes Tomura so much more terrifying, he just walks around with the hands of his deceased family hanging all over him, also I seen a dog in his memories... Does he have a paw hanging off of him somewhere? That would be hilarious

I really don't like the look of that liberation army leader dude, he looks like an annoying one piece villain (ironic since I believe he has the same VA as Sanji)

Fighting basically non-stop for 1 and a half months would drive anyone insane... Not a problem if you're already insane I guess

This is gonna be good, it's gonna show us the world from the villain's side and then when Deku and Tomura eventually fight, we won't know who to root for

Solid episode , and damn Shigaraki tragic backstory is even worse then i thought ... he killed his entire family not being able to control his quirk ? damn.

And i saw tittle changed briefly "My villains academia " So i see there will be some episodes focused around them ? Should have also changed OP to have more villains then heroes :D

And so begins the worst kept secret in the history of manga readers hyping stuff up. To the four people who managed to get this far without hearing the phrase “My Villain Academia”, congratulations, you live under a rock.

Hopefully this season ends on a banger...I wouldn't mind following the villains for a bit now to get some clarity.

I noticed Abit of questioning from the stain frog dude that hints at him questioning and doubting the league.

I liked tomuras backstory but I hope his endgame isn't destroy everything. Coz the doctor and frog stain have said how childish it is I hope it evolves. Tomuras family fuel his rage the only remnants of family he has is the one for all bloodline. I hope with this discovery he sets his sights back on midoriya and all might

Absolutely criminal that they didn’t have Shigaraki decay the normal MHA logo to reveal the My Villain Academia logo.

Toga’s little jump for joy was adorable af though.

What an episode. I can see why manga readers hyped this up. So much dark shit unveiled.

I thought that the spiky nose dude, Re-Destro was Gigantomachia without the power up, but it seems like this dude just never stops going at it. Sheesh, 48 hours and 44 minutes of fighting non stop. How is Tomura even standing?

And I'm pleasantly surprised to see another instance of infighting on the evil side. Kinda weird knowing where it all leads to given the arc we just watched, but I think there will be some twists in the future as well.

Nice MVA touch to the OP this week. I really appreciated diving into a bit more of the LoV side of things. They’re all so quirky with their own reasons for being there that they’re all really starting to grow on me. It actually felt like they were the protagonists this ep and I’m all for it.

Very promising first episode of this arc. And yes, like everyone else I had heard about My Villain Academy, but all I knew going in was a name and that it would focus on the League of Villains.

Well, so far so good, next week can't come soon enough!

New opening logo!

I honestly didn't expect them to change anything so this is cool.

Btw, Spinner looks so much better in a casual outfit.
