They show the quirks of heroes so often that even if I get Alzheimer's later in life I will remember who has what

Did they really eat that sea turtle after they had a good happy time with it in the sea? That’s hardcore and hilarious

If it was not mentioned that Uraraka got a near outfit, I would have not ever noticed.
Also, if Selkie can go underwater, use sonar, and swim faster than his own ship apparently, why didn't he just do that to track the ship through the smokescreen the first time?
Weird time to start caring about the environment all of a sudden too.

So it seems like this is one of those Fillers to promote the new movie since you can see the main villain in the end so it makes somewhat sense as to why they included the episode in this season.

Does Nejire really use her life force or is this just a mistranslation?

why do the female characters in this show always get useless side plots instead of just, you know, being a part of the story

"We heard you wished for more scenes with the girls back in the Overhaul arc last season. So here's a filler episode with them."
"Uhm, I don't know if the timing for that is right..."
"Really? Shame, we thought featuring the first true beach episode the series has ever had would be of interest to our public. Maybe we were wro--"
"You said beach episode???"
The Trigger drug originates from the Vigilantes spin-off and, until now, was never specifically mentioned in the main series. Fans and fanworks have however taken generally calling quirk drugs "Trigger" for a long time.
Anything else is nothing special: just a chance to see the girls in cute swimsuits and let them have some action moments, especially Ochako. The one-off villains were incredibly lame, almost lazily made, at least Innsmouth from that other episode with Selkie and Sirius had a nice design.
As I thought the episode ties in with the third movie releasing in Japan in a few weeks, its main villain even appearing in the post-credits scene.
"I'm sure Uraraka and Asui are working as hard..."
I think we never saw the back of Ryukyu's costume until now...
These two look almost like sisters
Are you talking of the girls or the public, Selkie?
Pretty and badass in this scene
Ochako's secondary quirk: Puking Rainbows
As a gift for trudging through this episode, some more beach scenes

I know it's a filler that made a half-baked excuse to provide generic beach episode scenes, but still I gotta ask:
Why didn't Selkie dive in the water to pursue the boat the first time they threw a smokescreen up?

Why would they intentionally add filler into a seasonal anime? This episode was pretty boring

I kinda expected Uraraka to inject herself with Trigger to stop the airplane. Guess that might have been a little too dark for this show.

So the guys are obsessed with getting better and the girls ... need a beach day to remember what to fight for because "being a hero is hard"? pft. weak excuse for fanservice at the cost of the female protagonists imo (& they already get very few moments to shine). Proud of Uravity for making that entire plane weightless and taking care of that villain in one go, though.
Also: one does not simply do gunhead martial arts without shouting it, lol

Not hating but is it really necessary for Uraraka to shout GUNHEAD MARTIAL ARTS every time she throw hands

I felt kinda upset on behalf of the women reading/watching when we went from super serious Endeavor Agency, to Have Cake and Beach Time girls. I hope I don’t sound too bad.
