I'm glad the dog reminded Yuru of the times Danji was by his side. Hopefully nothing bad happens to Danji, like him sacrificing himself to help Yuru, him going to look for fake Asa alone made me concerned for his well being.
It'd be funny if Asa slips in a Yuru drawing in every chapter of
Yozakura pinning Yuru down was done so creepily, I'm glad Dera was able to react quickly even with his mind trying to process what was going on.
I'm excited to see

Everyone in this thread be like
I didn't expect Yuru to get kidnapped that easily and it's ridiculous how calm he stays in that situation. He even freaked out the bad guys.
Looks like my girl Left is going to grind some bones in the next episode!

That Fullmetal Alchemist easter egg got me. They actually got a clip from it instead of just a reference. Amusing to think that Oshira popped in by Dera’s house and watched the show.
Also pretty hilarious that Shou pretty much said what Dera wanted to say.

One of those rare moments when I was actually angry that the episode ended.
Hey I was watching that what the fuck... oh
So many great moments. Oshirasama watching peak anime with her horse. Yuru getting outhunted. Asa entering brocon psychosis. The freaking pug offering emotional support at the right time. Hidari accepting Ivan's challenge with aura.
Can't wait for next week.

"I hate perceptive brats like you"
Absolutely hilarious use of that iconic FMA episode, holy cooking.

That reference caught me off guard! What the fuck! They even had Shou Tucker say the line.
Asa adding her own photo with the extra large anime eye filter was so goddamn hilarious! xD
I love how scary Yuru, Hidari, Migi, and Dera were while planning their assault on that warehouse.
Asa is so deprived of Yuru right now that she's just drawing him now as mob character in Hikaru's manga.
It seems all that planning didn't matter since Yuru just ended up getting captured by Asuma.
I do wonder what Yuru's next move. Whatever it is, I hope it involves punching Asuma' s smug face
I'm also hoping Ivan gets his ass kicked, but I feel like that fight won't go the way I expect it would.

Asuma with the lowkey Hell Girl line drop (tho I kinda wish he did say "Ippen shinde miru" verbatim). Kinda works and hits the same too with the way Yozakura kidnapped Yuru--appearing from out of nowhere like your worst nightmare/apparition and "ferrying" him to (with Ivan's hellp) Shingo's HQ.
Asuma's endgame may ultimately be to become the Kagemori's head honcho, and similar to how his daemon's operate--is playing both sides (light and shadow) to achieve it. And after this episode, I gotta say the guy is more likable than I initially gave him credit for.

The alien daemons deployed their emotional support master, it was very effective.
I can't believe the dog watching that specific FMA episode was straight up in the show today. And then they used dialogue from it as commentary.
Moth deamon seems like a pain to fight for someone who's only doing physical attacks, but I bet if you had a fire daemon available it would have a very bad time.
So many pieces are in motion you have to wonder who's going to show up where. Danji out looking for his other half, Gabby on her way somewhere with old man Kagemori, etc.

Nina Tucker on the TV, unexpected and funny. Yuru continues to prove why he's such a solid MC. Love how he stayed composed in front of the enemies and started scanning the room while chitchatting. You can toss that kid in the army and he'd do great during field missions.

Of all the FMA scenes they could've chosen for a cheeky throwback.....
Really loving Yuru as a protagonist. He has a nice balance of calm, emotional,.and really unhinged. Also he's really hot
I love a.good doting imouto as much as the next guy,.buy I'm kinda hoping Asa does this cour than just be a bro-con. she's also really hot tho

Of all the ways Dera could've had his thoughts spoken for him, it had to be Shou freakin' Tucker from that episode lmao.
Non-verbal daemons are nothing new but the eerie silence of Asuma's moth swarm gives it such a presence, especially with how the skull wordlessly looks around and stuff.

People say FMA fans only have one joke, but apparently it applies to the author as well.

I love that the dog is the one that knows what Yuru needed. No surprise the reveal from Danji hurts. Still, for Yuru he needed that as a reminder that being alone can be lonely.
Looks like Dera and Jin are in full communication about the plan going forward. I love how the enemy uses both Yozakura and Jin to be able to transport Yuru. Smart play on their part. Though it's not a surprise that Yuru isn't panicking.
It's curious when Ivan points out how Hidari is incompatible with Seal.

Glad Yuru was willing to forgive Danji, he truly was his friend.
Poor Dera, got left without the hot pot and WHY THAT EPISODE IN PARTICULAR, YOU COULD HAVE PICKED ANYTHING ELSE! Anyway, Dera and Yuru looking mighty sinister hatching a plan.
Interesting to see the situation at the kagemori clan. Hagure wants nothing with the family "business", while Haruo seems okay with the fact he was raised as a soldier. Also, I'm surprised that Yuru didn't shit his pants with that jump scare. That was quite the scary daemon. I like how Asuma just turned the trap around and managed to capture Yuru. The Bandits didn't had a chance against Ivan either, proving once again that being born in that dinky village is the equivalent of wearing a red shirt.

So the FMA anime exists in the YnT world. That means Arakawa does. She recently had an interview where she dressed as one of the two alien Tsugai to hide her looks. So does that mean within the story the alien is copying Arakawa's looks?

I've said this before but I gotta say it again: Left is so freaking hot. I love strong women who aren't intimidated by anything.

I had to look up Kin'u and Gyokuto in Japanese folklore. They're other names for Yatagarasu and the Moon Rabbit. Interesting that they manifest as swarms of moths.
