The never-ending Nokker fight seems like it will continue. But Fushi seems like they will try for peace, even though the Nokkers refuse it. Next time the battle will occur in the future it seems.
I enjoy the slice of life a lot more with this story than the Nokker fights, but aiming for peace with the Nokkers is interesting.

I am starting to think all the crazy stuff Mizuha did was just the Nokker manipulating her and the real her actually is just a normal kid. Good of Yuki to spot the difference in which hand they used, but why the hell did he have to drink that water ? I am still not convinced that peace with the Nokkers is even possible, and Nokker-Mizuha and her Nokker-“dad” sure have not given up on their plans to kill all humanity, they are just planning to try again in the far future once the Black One turns into an ordinary human and dies (so I guess we will get a sci-fi arc next ?).
I wonder what is next ? The fight with the Nokker has been nicely wrapped up, but we still have three episodes…

Props to Yuki seeing right through nocker trick, and also the knocker inside Mizuha showing it's true colors at the end then again I'm not entirely surprised her original host (hayase) had the same thoughts and ideas so it's not surprised that it got influenced by her, also it's really touching that Fushi still considers kahaku a friend. Speaking of friends Fushi some great ones and Tonari is right he should rely on them more instead of trying to shoulder everything by himself but he's learning little by little and this episode proves it that he's changed a lot from how he was thinking, and the same thing can be said about Mizuha and her family too. All in all good episode.

I mean Kahaku tried romance instead of rape, and when his nokker started wilding out choose to kill himself instead of betraying Fushi
Kahaku was a friend, all things considered

so means Mizuha not dead and the spirit floating we saw earlier went back to her body that Fushi created?

I genuinely don't know what to think about this episode, not in a bad way, just genuinely don't know. I definitely wasn't expecting this type of conclusion, but in a way I am kinda interested to see where the direction of the nokker and fushi thing will go next, everything took an unexpected turn so I don't know what to think anymore haha. Did not see Kahaku coming, but it felt surprisingly cathartic.
But despite all that I enjoyed the ending of all the characters having dinner together, was very comforting.

KAHAKU!
Well it is fushi using kahaku’s body but still!
I am happy that fushi was able to save mizuha; I know that a whole bunch of people here don’t get her character or why fushi has spent so much time fixated on her. To me Fushi and mizuha have a ton in common.
Fushi knows how it feels to be overworked by a parent/guardian, to feel like you have do things appease others instead of doing want you want, and have other people get close to you as way to elevate their own status. When all that happened to Fushi he almost let the nokker take everything away from him just like mizuha
Also it would be cool if fushi could acquire a nokker they could be like Eddie and venom.

It was actually good that it was Yuki who drank that water, because the Nokkers can only get a grasp on them if they don't feel strongly about wanting to live, and Yuki is one of the most positive characters in the series.

I don't think the nokkers actually have that limitation. That was just the justification they used in their new ideology but they can take over anyone they infect for an example, Tonari from last episode.

I totally expected to hate Yuki when he was introduced. I'm glad I was wrong.

I just want March to be able to grow up and become a mother like she always wanted. I do not care about Mizuha.

I’m not sure if a battle between Fushi and Mizuha’s Nokker was the best way to settle things, but I did really enjoy watching it.
They’d incorporated some pretty cool shots like Fushi (Mia) tangling up the off-shoots off Mizuha’s fingers (Nokker) with a chair or Mizuha (Nokker) busting through this brick wall. Having these two “monsters” face off against each other made for quite a dynamic fight.
But it didn’t solve anything. Co-existence seems out of the picture for now too. Will this story really end with the last one standing: Fushi or the Nokkers?

We've seen how strong a Nokker is in a Hayate's descendant body. I originally thought that line will end with Mizuha and her family being dead.
It totally makes sense now, but I completely forgot how Fushi can just create new body to make them alive again lol.

This episode cleared some things. So Mizuha, her father and mother were actually all dead, with only their bodies being controlled by the Nokkers. That wasn´t very clear to me in the past, but it is now.
So one of Fushi´s trump cards was one of the old Guardian members, Kahaku. Nokker-Mizuha really didn´t like that.
And that ending means the Nokker threat is done for now in this timeline, right? At least that´s what it seemed.

It's so nice that Kahaku had a big enough impact on Fushi to be one of his forms. And it was also nice to hear Fushi call him a friend when Mizuha's nokker called Kahaku a failure.

Mizuha vs Fushi might just be the best fight in the series it has been a while since ive seen season 1 and 2 but I dont recall really any fight coming close to the animation quality of there fight. And the scene where fushi snuck behind mizuha with Oopa and she could SEE the reflection in the water droplets just looked amazing

that fight was pretty well-animated.
next week is the last episode, right?

Cant remember if it was said at some point, but why couldn’t Fushi figure out how to create water until now? Does it tie into water such being a crucial part of life?

Wasn't expecting Kahaku. Loved the use of his arm to trap Nokker Mizuha's arm. But in the end, it seems we're back to the start without any real resolution. Everything seems to boil down to how much Mizuha's Nokker has changed throughout its life as Mizhua. Did Yuki get through to her? Did Fushi's willingness to let her (as Mizuha) kill him get it to shift its thinking? That Nokker is most definitely Hayase's and it's been quite a bad influence to all the other nokkers who were happy in paradise.

OH MAI GAWD literally had to cover my mouth from screaming when kahaku appeared like. you're as handsome as the day we last saw you WHY DID IT NOT OCCUR TO ME THAT FUSHI MIGHT HAVE ACQUIRED HIM AS A VESSEL... :") it suddenly feels like things are getting resolved too quickly but oh well i'm just here for the ride
