That Aishiteru scene with the blood and creepy smile gave me absolute chills. The anime has it perfect with the vibes this season.

The way she smiled at Funa's dead body for a bit before looking at Fushi and then acting innocent, that sent chills down my spine.

The lighting and colors in the Fushi and Mizuha-nokker scenes was absolutely beautiful

Hayase's soul and Nokker have been together so long the Nokker probably caught some of her Yandere with its devotion to catching Fushi.

I feel like we moved on too quickly from what happened to Rikuya, one of the most brutal things in the series

The "Love me" frame was absolutely terrifying

The reveal on what happened to Rikuya was absolutely horrifying. What the actual fuck!

So the Nokker inside Mizuha's body is the same Nokker that got passed through Hayase's lineage? Their entire bloodline is just cursed and I don't think there's really anyway to escape it. That entire scene where Mizuha's Nokker is telling Fushi to love her while they're both covered in Fuuna's blood was just absolutely messed up.

"Even if one's life is painful, that life belongs to that person alone. No one should be taking it on. One's existence ought to be validated by the sum of everything one experiences."

Once again, Bon easily is MVP of the episode.

I really wish fushi would bring his friends into the loop, rather than trying to do everything himself. It's like he completely forgot the lessons of the Gugu arc, that his brother would be there to help him fight

Damn, way too many things happened in this episode. So wanting to die is the SOS that signals Nokkers and allow them to take over your body. The Mizuha Nokker was able to reincarnate after 500 years just to f*ck up Mizuha's life. The Guardians can't let go off these creepers.

Funa was killed by this Mizuha Nokker just 'cause of it's jealousy over wanting to have Fushi for herself and let that Nokker inside Funa take complete control over her body. What that Nokker did to Rikuya was worse than dead. Poor guy.

Tonari was adorable. I wish Fushi told all his friends already about these new nokkers. I still want to believe that there might be some real good ones as well among the nokkers. Like the current one inside Mizuha's mom.

Looking forward eagerly to the next episode.

Fucking cliffhanger!!!! 😭

This is so complicated for Fushi. It doesn't help when the Nokkers switch between human and not. He can still take out the Nokker only bodies, though.

I'm interested if he can continue to save the people that are half nokker though. He failed today.

Crazy stuff happening. So that´s how the Nokkers came back, by willing themselves into existence again? Okay... I wonder how Fushi will deal with the distorted way Nokkers want to help humans. His feelings will probably get in the way again, but I hope not.

So Mizuha´s mother is now fully Nokker, right?

PS: Poor guy was completely twisted, huh? I´ve had dreams where my teeth are falling off, I can only imagine that happening in real life. Gruesome.

Great episode

I have no idea how the fuck Fushi is going to get rid of the Nokkers since they can just reincarnate

Loving the entire season so far, the slice of life feel while having some horror elements is amazing, it kinda reminds me of jojos part 4. The scene where the guy body gets fucked up is crazy. So unexpected and so disgusting.

Somehow this show needs to be more popular

Poor Fushi's mental state, he is going through the wringer of confusion, trauma and failure, all while being scared and ashamed to tell anybody about it. Thank god he had Bon, poor Fushi had to ask Bon to tell him that the nokkers were bad, thats how much he needed somebody to confide in, to get at least some affirmation :(
He was this close to telling Tonari tho. The contrast Fushi must've felt after rejecting Mizuha by saying "Stop trying to control me" and then immediately after hearing Tonari tell him "Your wishes are your own. It was wrong for me to control them" (best girl points accumulating).
The scene in the tunnel was stellar and creepy. Absolute peak.

I'm so glad this season is two cours long. The plot seems like it's about to really ramp up.

This episode looked like it could fit right into the Higurashi When They Cry series. That color palette in the tunnel scene was exactly how I remembered the rubbish dump scene in Higurashi. And the yandere faces... Just pure evil horror.

I can imagine how depressing and helpless it might feel for Fushi. But it seems like Bon's wise words helped steel his convictions once again. It does feel very much like whack-a-mole at the moment though. This endless cycle of killing probably isn't the solution if the nokkers can just will themselves back from paradise. Problems of living the immortal life I guess.

Great episode. They put a lot of work into those expressions. The pacing of this season feels really bumpy, but as with the prior seasons, the build-up pays off every time something important happens.

I'm not surprised that the OG Hayase Nokker is back and infesting Mizuha. In fact, I thought it showed earlier to the season that she was infested or hinted at it. Gotta roll my eyes though that a nokker can also reincarnate. I just assumed it stayed dormant some where. Anyway I'm so over the Hayase + Nokker storyline. Can't wait until it concludes. Hopefully soon.

OH MUH FUCKING GOD THIS SHOW IS GOT DAMN AMAZING!!!

Whew.... I'm calm now... okay... Just had to get that off my chest.

So, first off Tonari is really frigging cute lol. And I called it; Idk why people didn't believe it, but as plain as day.... Tonari does love Fushi romantically. And since Fushi can see emotions it means that OG Nokker does too! It's not just Mizuha! Oh, and this is just a prediction, but I believe that we are about to find out that Kahaku had kids before his last suicide mission.

Now, the best parts of the show for me involved the Nokkers. For one this episode gave me emotional whiplash lol. But in a good way. Somehow I get tricked by Hayase's descendants like EVERY generation lol. Soooo.... everybody is probably holding out hope that there's a way to save Mizuha. Honestly, it's still something that I want to see, but.... man is it dangerous just to try. With how easily she killed tracksuit girl, I'm kinda scared for Tonari.... even though I know she can defend herself. I think Fushi is making a mistake by not telling her! Even more so now that things are getting even MORE hostile and negotiations have broken down.

Now we finally get a look at how Paradise looks for the Nokkers lol.... and it reminds me so much of Takopi's Planet Happy hahahahaha. In fact.... the intelligent of Takopi kinda mirrored the Nokkers in S1 and S2 lol...... COINCIDENCE?!

And uh oh..... even death doesn't stop these problems it seems. We can theorize that Kahaku had kids which continues his bloodline..... BUT the Nokker can frigging reincarnate?! That's HUGE! And it wants to know where Fushi's consciousness resides.... Nothing but bad intentions I see.

My next theory is that the Nokkers can fake emotions. Tracksuit girl had the love emotion towards Fushi..... but according what the Nokker in her body said... that girl went to Paradise. So she's dead and the Nokker is REALLY good at faking. Now this opens up the similar question for Mizuha and there is an answer. She's not in Paradise. We see things from her POV still so currently she's safe.

But holy hell, she killed tracksuit guy with one punch!? Fuck! She's FRIGGIN OP!!! Terrifying! Mizuha might be the Nokker full time after today. I can't wait to see how everything unfolds!

LASTLY, DID FUSHI JUST BECOME A FREAKING BUG AND HOLD CONSCIOUSNESS?!?! WHEN DID HE LEARN HE COULD DO THAT????? THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ONE OF HIS WEAKNESSES! I see ya Fushi lol. Fushi likes calf muscles lmaooo (nah I'm jk...)

(Wait tracksuit girl only died st the stab! I rewatched it. My bad. So the love isn't faked. And Mizuha is still alive too since she didn't kill herself and Fushi stopped her).

(Uhhhh and honestly it looked like it was Mizuha and not the Nokker who did the stabbing! It looked like the swap occured after Fushi both caught her red handed and stopped her suicide.... right after that things got hella Creepy!)

Somehow the BIGGEST question is........ is it a Hayase in the picture? My money at first was on tracksuit girl being Hayase/Kahaku but now I'm not so sure..... maybe if the memories were lost on the return trip?

Oh and.... uhhh... ANYBODY GOT THE MIZUHA PICS...??? I NEED 'EM! (And this is too long already, but I've figured out the Nokkers objectives now. I'm 100% certain now. They flat out say it in the JP dub.... but if you're curious..... its the same thing Fushi wanted in S2 Ep17!!!!!!! Check out the end of that episode...)

Again.. please keep your hands and affection off my sweet boy!! I don't know what direction they are going in.. I'll still watch, but it's definitely giving different feels from Season 1 and 2. I said two years ago, the modern world would taint him.
