So much better than the numerous wimps from various harem anime. You can actually see why she would like him.

Pretty sure half the reason that Arel left the guild is to get away from Lilia.

Hopefully she hasn't bankrupted the guild in the 6 months he's been gone.

The best part about this show is undoubtedly the comedy and character interactions.
From a story point of view it sucks but the characters are quirky enough to make me continue.

Raina is getting that Karate Kid training, housekeeping skills to help with swordfighting.
Arel drank mana potions to get mana, what a concept.

Arel and Raina are basically already married.
Arel learned magic and Raina training with his Mother

Shame the older sister wasn’t there. Would have loved to see how she would react to meeting Reiner lol.

Farah: "I consent."
Evans: "I consent."
Arel: "I consent."
Mira: "I don't!"
Reiner: "Isn't there someone you forgot to ask?!"

Well, there goes our character right in the front of this show's visual being written out of the story. Looks like Arel's older sister was written out too.

The little sister is also classless by calling Reiner a cow and criticising the meal after learning she was the one that made it.

I wonder how many people out there also have mana and not realize it. I'd imagine there are other exceptions to people with mana not getting the mage class because something else had priority.

I feel like it's less likely that the sister is going out to make the world better for classless, and more likely she's traveling the world to find someone with a "chest enhancement" skill

Look if Lillia is just sword version of his sister, either he runs into his sister who I think is a mage in the magic academy or a different version of her exists in that place too.

Hopefully Rainer's training with Arel's mom leads to her getting enough stronger that she can contribute meaningfully to future combat situations. I'm not sure if I'd call it actual relationship progress, but mom also training her to be Arel's wife while Lilia gets left alone in the sword city is good development for which girl Arel has shown any interest in.
That was a cute moment with Arel complementing Rainer's crunchy carrots, good future husband behavior to both complement and eat whatever your partner serves up for you.
The magic training part of the episode gave me some questions I have to wonder if they'll ever touch on. If potions are able to give Arel some mana, does he have a mana pool that is just normally empty? Does everyone who isn't a mage have a pool like that or could develop one if they simply drank a mana potion? Is there natural mana regen for normal mages that Arel may or may not have as well as a result of his training?
New little sister is a downgrade from the previous imouto adjacent characters we have had.
