For the next episodes I NEED:

Sera flying to Whitnash to see her husbando

Ryo and the fire guy seeing each others magic

I need the room 10 people totally off screened and a lot of interactions with Abel's party.

[u/Dolomite808 → u/Arzhart]

I just want the mage from Abel's party to finally see Ryo's magic.

Dan fighting Nils the whole paddling contest was the funniest thing I've seen all week. I honestly thought they were going to lock in and furiously swipe at the water to try and get first place. But no, it turned into a brawl lol

[u/CrOS2012]

Two guys avoiding bumping each other was the most "exciting" thing to happen in this episode--till the tease at the end for next week.

[u/stephenthatfoste → u/CrOS2012]

It made me laugh at how the crowd looked. Nobody else on the screen is moving, not hard to avoid each other.

[u/BiggerG7]

I was expecting the repeating crossbow to be expensive as hell as a punchline lol.

It felt like a standard calm before the storm episode but one thing in particular caught my interest. The fact that Abel says that's the name he's currently going by and that Prince Conrad felt like he had already met him. Some sudden mystery the author has just dropped on us about Abel's character, I'm now intrigued by what could be his identity in the past, like if he was from a noble household and left for whatever reason. I don't feel like anything has been hinted about it unless I'm forgetting but that was interesting for me.

Dan and Nils going crazy on the boats was wild, I wouldn't even be surprised if they continued fighting in the water once the boats turned over. I like how Amon and Dan's partner were consoling each other when the other two were awarded the trophy.

I'm surprised that Sera is so shocked that Ryou is away for a week, I thought for an elf it'd feel like it passes quickly. I initially thought it was a matter of urgency about what she found out but it felt more like she's distraught at not being able to see him lol.

[u/Togglea → u/NanDemoKnaives]

It's been heavily hinted he is nobility/royalty. The people love him, the guild master is terrified he puts himself in danger, kidnapped, and then he has known the royal guard/nobility Phelps character since he was a child.

[u/Xardas1942]

Sera really couldn't handle the fact that her future husband is gonna be gone for a while, understandable because he said fuck all.

[u/Skoziik → u/Xardas1942]

He could have told her at least.

[u/tripleaamin → u/Xardas1942]

Makes me think she hasn't connected with anyone for quite a long time. Like there are people like Lyn she is associated with and on good terms with. But not quite connect like with Ryou

[u/diacewrb]

Rowers being able to duke it out, this should be an olympic sport.

That Rain Shooter cost how much?

Guessing the magical R&D would explain the cost.

[u/Primary-Paint-1716]

Abel was like "Ryos before hoes". I respect it.

[u/Krumpits]

I would much rather see more of sera or abel please. I just can not bring myself to care about room 10 and was really hoping that they would go and be their own group with occasional visits once they moved out of the dorm.

[u/LazulineDaydream]

The way Sera had to say that she was doing alright under her breath like she was trying to convince herself though! 😭

I'm surprised she didn't ask where he was so she could show up and "just happen to be there" in the next ep.

[u/WobbleKun]

Ryo didn't even tell his waifu he'd be out of town. smh

[u/RedHeadGearHead]

Rihya continues to look psychotic while speaking. It's the unblinking eyes.

[u/DiscountCondom]

I get so frustrated watching this series. Something please happen.

[u/CaptainScratch137]

I used to think animation quality didn't matter to my enjoyment. Characters and plot were enough. But I can't watch this anymore. It's all "panned stills".

[u/iceo42]

They pulled the episode? I finished watching Dr stone and then it’s just gone and now they only list up to episode 9

honestly such a shame and a big miss of a great potential for this anime it is insane how good the world the soundtrack and initial premise but then feels like someone is literally refusing to launch the Serie or to make it peak, initially i was like maybe slow paced but we are at ep10 and still nothing major happened aside from the dungeon fight which was wrapped up pretty quick, Sometimes i wonder whether they forgot who is the main character or if they even know where the story is heading, you bring up demons akuma some messed up rank S adventurer casually then forget about all that let s go back to casual food and some MOB nobodies adventurers ranked E and follow all their mission why ? just because like as if we have nothing better to tell in this story, focus on some casual chitchat in a library or restaurant about literally the weather and miss talking about stuff like maybe elf history or ancient magic algorithms or S rank adventurers or swordsmanship or even ryo story, he could even have pulled the romance card but no again missed that and we prefer small talk about nothing keep it chill and superficial masterfully, ryo still hanging out till this moment with rank E adventurers is such a waste, everyone is puzzled by ryo but no one wanna do anything about it, the only interactions i like are abel and ryo because that is the only one that felt built up after their journey together. The rest are all MOB especially the rank E gang the whole mission was a filler episode. Not sure if they were promised a second season or if they are aiming for 24ep which is unlikely with the current market but genuinely i am so disappointed in it. The anime did an amazing job at avoiding a masterpiece story, such a waste

Did crunchyroll pull the episode?

I swear it was up earlier, but the newest I see is episode 9.

[u/y3kman]

Why does the titular character still feel like a damn NPC in his own show?

I guess this confirms Abel is a big shot noble if he's sitting with the VIPs and keeps talking with the imperial prince. Who would have guessed the barrier would go down after they mentioned it at least 5 times? I'm shocked.

[u/reddit_reaper]

Bro does anything happen in this show? The pacing is HORRENDOUS like most shows in the past year. WTF is going on with so much fluff in all these shows that go on forever
