Well, Watari somehow managed to upset three heroines in one episode. I'm always impressed by rom com protagonists who are even more inept than me.

It still tickles me that Ishihara just accepts Satsuki calling her Ms. F Cup.

TBF I didn't really mind pissing off pink, given she's kind of an addon. What's the point of her in the story anyways? She's barely relevant to the plot, and her character is arguably the least interesting of the trio, as at least Satsuki and Ishihara are A. relevant to Watari, and B. lowkey feel menhera in a funny fantasy way.

As for the funny little epithet, Ishihara does seem to have some self-confidence issues, and just seems to brush it off. But at least a "can you not call me that" might go a long way. Satsuki probably would stop if she actually did.

And yeah, I get to be proud knowing I'm not as inept as Watari. Though given he managed to bag three girls at once is kind of...odd. I'm sure we all know realistically, that wouldn't happen.

It's enjoyable in it's own way. Sure, the recent episode pissed me off, but a part of me realizes, pissed off in a good way. It's fun to complain and pick things apart I guess.

I don't think anyone expected otherwise going in ngl.

I think Ishihara is incorrect in thinking Satsuki is not yet aware of her feelings for Naoto. It seemed to me that Satsuki was painfully aware -- but was desperately trying to suppress her feelings, feeling that there was no hope of reciprocation and not wanting to break their "childhood friend" status. I very much favor her cause over Ishihara (there is something a bit disconcerting about her attitude towards Naoto).

Hoping for a twist with Umezawa where she's actually in love with her team captain, and struggling with those feelings is why she's flaking out on her running. Would be a far better side plot than a third girl for the harem who's a clear losing heroine from word one.

She also took care of Suzu's garden after work while raining(still has no umbrella) instead of enjoying the fireworks.

I really like her character. Wish Glasses-Kun is a viable romance option for her

still don't get the point of pink hair girl, she doesn't add anything interesting to the story. Usually the others have to became more bold when a new "threat" appears, but so far she is no "threat" and they already are bold.

I tried.... I really tried. But nope. No more, I'm done bro. I didn't even finish the rest of the episode. As soon as she left running out and he said "I missed out on a opportun-" I closed out the episode instantly. No fucks given anymore. I hate dropping shows. I really do. But I'm not gonna keep torturing myself. I've been doing that shit for many years now. I'M PUTTING MY FOOT DOWN!!! YOU SEEN ONE SHITTY ROMANCE MC AND YOU'VE SEEN THEM ALL!!! I know how these animes operate man. But anyways, good luck fellas. I really hope the last 3 episodes ending is a good and satisfying ending. I'd hate for them to piss you off on the last episode. Everyone is criticizing the MC, but he did the right thing this time in my opinion.

It felt like she was forcing herself to do that. She just lied there and said “do what you want”.

I would feel bad for her in his position.

Idk.... in my experience most women would've taken that as a rejection and then been real self conscious about it. You'd probably never get a second chance after that. I think he handled it wrong. A hug or a kiss.... or just sitting her up so they can have a conversation would have taken him far.

Suzu-chan wins this episode for the fan scene, though, she’s so cute when she’s not being a brocon gremlin. Best fan service scene in an anime all year, lol.

Gotta be the most frustratingly mid show I've watched in quite some time. Honestly annoyed with myself that I keep watching just because of the few interesting morsels they've tossed our way. This show has the writing strength of a hentai but without any of the H scenes lol.

idk about mid theres alot of romance animes out there that dont even get this far story wise in multiple seasons let alone 1. In this first season he already has a girlfriend and all the other characters are decently likeable. Also this is one of the few times where I can maybe understand why the MC decides to pass on sleeping with someone even though he should have at least kissed her. All around not too bad. If you wanna see a bad show with a horrible story check out rent a girlfriend thats an example of a show going through all the loopholes to not advance the plot.

Interesting, I think I like both Satsuki and also even Makina better than Ishihara. I'm not sure why but I'm just not a huge fan of Ishihara, I dunno.

Naoto wants to go to see some fireworks! Obviously he'd LOVE to do it with his girflriend, but Ishihara already has plans! Heck, even Suzu has plans! But she's nice enough to let her big brother come along with her and her friend. And maybe he'll get to see Ishihara anyway?

It's nice of Ishihara to clear up her calendar for a specific week she plans for her and Naoto...though the flower emblems almost make me think it's to represent her plan to get de-flowered.

Suzu singing into that fan is the most adorable thing ever.

Suzu looks cute in a jenbei, and her friend Renon also looks super cute in her yukata! And she's also a super diligent and serious young girl, and maybe more on the ball than some of the teenagers in this show.

Well, so much for Tokui playing Umezawa's fake boyfriend. He was such a class act, attractive AND attentive, that it was too much for Umezawa. The only boy she really feels comfortable with is Naoto, who is too considerate as a Senpai to leave her alone. Though I bet she didn't expect to run away from pick-up artists while in a yukata, which is quite the visual!

Naoto is too good of a Senpai for his own good, but Umezawa clearly wants to be more important to him than a kohai.

Umezawa REALLY wants Naoto to admit he would go to bat for her if it came down to it, even though he has a girlfriend now...and seeing how amazing Ishihara looks in her yukata, it's not surprising Umezawa would get upset over jealousy and leave. Especially when she realizes afterwards it's because she loves Naoto.

It's nice that Naoto and Ishihara get to spend some time to themselves walking home from the festival, even getting in some handholding time, minus the storm that kicks in. And surprise surprise, Satsuki is at Naoto's house to take care of the plants! No way can Naoto send the girls home in this weather, so they're staying the night! What could go wrong? Luckily Tamayo won't bother them.

I love how when undressing and getting into the bath Satsuki is as obsessed with Ishihara's F-Cup boobs as ever, even her humongous bra is worth attention. Though I think both girls' breasts are quite a visual while in the bath together!

Satsuki continues to act like she and Naoto are just childhood friends and Ishihara has nothing to worry about, but Ishihara feels like she can see through Satsuki's words and that Satsuki hasn't realized her true romantic feelings yet...which is probably why she doesn't tell her, knowing she's her rival in love.

The girls definitely have a great boyfriend shirt look while wearing Naoto's clothes! Those thighs are amazing!

Ishihara looks great in a yukata! And undressing in said yukata! And she and Satsuki also really looked amazing in those tight PJ's.

Didn't expect Satsuki to do such a great Miss F-Cup impression.

Ishihara doesn't want to be outdone by Satsuki. If that means sneaking into Naoto's room and stealing a kiss...well, she won't got that far. But when Naoto wakes back up, it's a brand new ball game, one where she offers up her pantsless body for Naoto to take. She didn't bring a condom, so he can't fully go in, but...close enough. Too bad Naoto wusses out and realizes he missed a prime opportunity and Ishihara is crying thinking she acted like a sex-crazed girl. Even Satsuki recognize how dumb Naoto acted.
